The staff member my husband spoke to was so helpful and thankfully understood our sense of humour when writing the card. She helped my husband pick out the most beautiful flowers and I can't stop admiring them. Thank you all so much for making my birthday so special!

The man today I spoke to out the back of the shop opened up a little early so I could look at the flowers he was very helpful and a great man I’ve met a few times in there, my partner is all over the moon with the flowers and service you get from this shop. Negative experience: Strange experience. I bought 2 bunches of daffs, and thought i was overcharged by a tiny amount. I checked the prices on my way out, and I had been. The woman refunded me no problem, and for whatever reason she told me she hadn't rung the sale up. So, naturally, I asked for a till receipt. Didn't get one, firstly she couldn't give me one as she'd just rung up a No Sale (?), then she didn't know how to use the till. I don't know if she's an employee or the owner, but it's all very uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: Ordered birthday flowers - explained some flowers that my wife likes and while they were not in season, the lady made an amazing bouquet for pickup at 9am on the day. Beautiful bouquet that filled the room with fragrance … the next day I was able to arrange and get 3 vase full of flowers from the one main bouquet. No fuss straight forward service with good quality flowers. PS: used to use prestige flowers but after poor customer experience when they lost an order and weren’t even apologetic I find using (& supporting) our local flower shop refreshing.

We live in the U.S. and have used them for years to send flowers for various events and celebrations with family that live in the Milton Keynes area of England. The flowers and plants they provide are always top shelf. And the staff! My goodness, they are always so kind and helpful while also being extremely knowledgeable and professional. You can’t go wrong with this florist.

Fantastic experience: The florist couldn't have been nicer, more patient or more accommodating when ordering. I ordered a bouquet at short notice and they were able to deliver that same day. They even added diamanté as a special touch. The bouquet was stunning and the recipient was absolutely delighted with them. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Pick of the bunch! I don't know about flowers and I wanted to get some for my mum for her birthday. Very easy to order. No fuss and I just had to pick them up. I would have got them delivered but I don't know if they can be delivered at a specific time and I was taking her out for lunch, so didn't want to be out when they arrived. Flowers looked great and very good quality. A few weeks later, mum still has the flowers and they still look good. Meanwhile, the other flowers she got withered and died about a week or so ago.

Fantastic experience: Telephone order to request funeral flowers was very efficient. Was given honest advice about the limited availability of royal blue flowers in February and recommended alternatives. Was pleasantly surprised to be sent a photo of the arrangement and the flower card the day before the funeral asking if I required any changes to the arrangement or the flower card and advised that they had managed to source royal blue delphiniums at Covent Garden the previous night. The arrangement was stunning, the handwriting on the card was neat and well laid out and their customer service from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. Five star quality and service from a delightful family run florist.

Fantastic experience: Delivered flowers on a little table outside the front door which I know was to help with social distancing, but all the same, a lovely touch. Being environmentally aware, it was nice to see that I could order without cellophane or plastic. They were wrapped in kraft paper and tied with a raffia bow, which gave them a traditional feel. Would definitely recommend this florist and would use again should I need flowers delivered in this area. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a large hand tied bouquet of flowers today for my mum who is feeling really unwell with COVID. I called at around 11:30am and the flowers were delivered safely and within COVID guildlines, to my mum just after 1pm. I called my mum to check on her and I could hear in her voice how much the beautiful flowers had cheered her up. The flowers and the colours used were absolutely perfect and was such a lovely size. They sourced some excellent plants, delivered locally (MK11) to the door for free, and cheered me up no end with good quality plants at a very reasonable price.
