Fantastic experience: Exceptional service. I needed a last minute flower arrangement for a funeral. I called at 8am and spoke to a very helpful young man who took note of my requirements. I arrived at the store 20 minutes later to the most beautiful arrangement of flowers in a basket. The price was extremely reasonable and the quality of flowers were amazing. Negative experience: I received a basket of flowers for my 50th anniversary 13th December. sadly the flowers haven’t lasted more than 2 days despite following instructions, very disappointing. Roses Dropping and dying other flowers and greenery looking very unhealthy.

Negative experience: Unfortunately left disappointed with the wreath making kit I ordered for me and my mum to make. Delivery was quick which was great. When I came to open it on the day I planned the activity I discovered they missed out one of the rings in the order to make the actual wreath. I was upset and frustrated as that is the crucial thing you need and some how was forgotten? I did email straight away and they kindly sent out another (which I havnt received yet) but unfortunately I had to go out and buy my own as I planned the activity that day and expected to receive everything I ordered especially for the price. Secondly it wasn’t the end of the world but we only received one wire reel which meant we couldn’t do the making of the wreath at the same time together as one of us had to use the wire reel while the other waited which took away from the fun of doing the activity together. Thirdly unfortunately there wasn’t enough moss for the two wreaths I ordered. One of us had to use a lot less moss than normal and then I was left with only half a wreath of moss. So again disappointed. The flowers and foliage that was supplied was lovely and plenty off but unfortunately the other factors were very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: We have been lucky enough to create our wreaths with the Flower Boutique for 2 years running. Each year we have been impressed with the service, the fact we can fully customise our wreaths where other flower companies do not allow you to do so or charge extra to do. Dom is super helpful and I cannot wait to start up my monthly flower subscription!

Fantastic experience: We were fortunate to have The Flower Boutique do both the florals and decorations for our wedding. The company was recommended by our venue and we connected with Kim the company owner who is a lovely warm person. The company uses an online portal where you can see all the items you have requested for your wedding which streamlines the process, plus we has calls with Kim to ensure we were both aligned with the order of the day and placement of items. It is really convenient for both your flowers and decorations coming from the same supplier. The company also worked patiently with us and with a problem solving attitude when needing to make last minute changes to our seating plan because some guests dropped out. On the day, everything arrived on time and the set up and removal of items early the next morning was seamless. We were were so impressed with the quality of decorations and florals. All the flowers were extremely fresh and the bouquets were all beautiful. We also got a big floral arch in the entranceway to our venue which was stunning. They also offer options for preservation of flowers which I selected and I am looking forward to receiving a keepsake of my bouquet I can keep forever. We can not thank The Flower Boutique enough! Positive experience: I’ll start off by saying I loved the floral arrangements that we received, they were exactly what I wanted so nothing to fault there. The real issue I had was with communication. Unfortunately, trying to speak with the Flower Boutique resulted in several chasers on their customer portal, email and Instagram. As someone getting married, the last thing you want to be doing is chasing your suppliers to update invoices or quote for things you had asked for weeks prior. They say how your suppliers act is how they will show up on the day and that was sadly true in my experience. When everything arrived the morning of our wedding, we were surprised to see no table number stands had been sent. For context, as well as our florals, we got our menu, name cards, table numbers and seating plan done by them. When we were told “you never asked for stands” it felt slightly odd as why would that that have been the one thing we sourced ourselves? Especially odd considering the “table numbers” were glorified bits of paper that I could have printed at home and definitely could not stand up on their own. At the very least, I would have expected to have been asked “do you need stands for the numbers” to which I would have said yes! In the end we had to rush to Hobbycraft to buy our own. There was also an issue with some of the font being illegible on the menu cards which whilst not the end of the world, the response was that I had approved them so there’s nothing that can be done. I had approved one version of the menu but the font / wording I’m talking about was not included at the time and even so, approving something via email is very different to seeing it printed. I would have expected a courtesy message from the business to say “hey we’ve printed one and you can’t read it, what would you like to do?” Overall, great flowers - bad comms. Disappointed I didn’t get the same experience as so many others.

She went above and beyond and even shared some original ideas to give my theme the extra "wow" effect. Fantastic experience: Kim was very patient with us. It is not every day you plan a wedding, so we were perhaps not the most organised and she managed to squeeze decisions out of us without being pushy (and without rolling her eyes when we changed our line-up for the umpteenth time!) She listened to our proposals and fitted the colour palette to our suggestions - and changed it every time we asked for refinements. The final product was stunning and absolutely what we wanted. She snuck in early on the day and set everything up beautifully with us barely noticing a thing - we arrived to a perfect set up and a perfect day. She even got the sun to shine in April!

Fantastic experience: We recently had the incredible Flower Boutique provide our wedding flowers and full venue styling including table decoration, signage, napkins, cutlery and so much more!!! We could not be happier with the service provided! Every single floral arrangement from my bridal bouquet, to the buttons holes, the bridesmaids bouquets, large arrangements for outside, were absolute perfection. Negative experience: Funeral wreath for a friend’s adult son. A meagre flower content and arrived slightly damaged. Disappointing! I have since had a delightful exchange of correspondence with this company. Kimberley contacted me within a few minutes of the posting of my original review. She was understanding, sympathetic and keen to settle the matter to my satisfaction. I found her both gracious and generous. It is possible my disappointment was due to the carrier. I would certainly order again from The Flower Boutique.

I got my family’s wedding flowers preserved in resin as a one of a kind present, I opted for the date option and they were so happy when we gave them the present. Fantastic experience: My mum and I attended a Christmas wreath making workshop and it was brilliant. We’ve done several before at other places but this was by far the best one. There was a wide selection of foliage and decorations to choose from and the really tricky bits were already done so we got to do the really fun decorating bits. Dom was around to offer lots of tips and advice and tie some beautiful ribbons as well! We will be back next year!

Fantastic experience: Every time I receive a bouquet from The Flower Boutique I am truly blown away. Their attention to detail is second to none, their range of flowers is incredible and having just attended one of their Christmas wreath workshops for the first time, I can attest to the fact that their wreaths are also completely stunning. The staff are friendly and welcoming, delivery is prompt and I’ve never had cause to complain. I can’t wait to keep purchasing regular bouquets and floral arrangements from them in future. Negative experience: Called and explained exactly why I was wanting to use this botique as my usual florist is closed on a Monday and it was really important that my order was delivered on the same day. I called a couple of times and at no point was there any mention of deadline times for same day delivery. I asked for a picture of the arrangement I ordered in advance and I replied suggesting I am just going to think about the message and will email this through soon. Again, no response or notification telling me that there is a cut off time if I was still wanting same day. I sent an email through at 14:44 and at 15:02 I had a very short reply saying it will be delivered tomorrow. I promptly called back and spoke to a (South African- I think) lady who was totally unwilling to help or even see my (the customer) point of view. I was insulted by being told I should know there van leaves at 15:00 and that the shop shuts at 16:00. I am horrified by my experience and I would never is them nor would I EVER recommend this florist to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I work in the wedding industry and have seen the stunning floral displays at various weddings by Kim and her team and they are always a pleasure to work alongside. When it came to my Dad's recent funeral, The Flower Boutique seemed the obvious choice to provide the flowers. Kim knew straight away from experience the setup at the local crematorium (Crown Hill, Milton Keynes) and was able to advise me on the best type of display for chapel and she listened attentively to my thoughts on what my Dad would have liked. I did not need to worry once I placed my order. When we entered the chapel for the service, there they were, the beautiful flowers on full display and so many people commented how lovely the flowers were. My Dad used to grow big colourful dahlias and chrysanthemums down his allotment so I asked Kim if she could provide a flower arrangement with those types of flowers. I was delighted with the result; vivid coloured dahlias and chrysanthemums with various other beautiful flowers that made such a wonderful display that my Dad would have thoroughly approved of. I would thoroughly recommend The Flower Boutique.

Negative experience: Disappointed by my wedding day flowers. I specifically asked for non bleached bunny tails, natural colours and more browns and not bleached. I repeatedly had to ask for my mood board to be changed as asked for something not to be included and it said to be included. I sent pictures for reference. I was too upset and shocked to mention the mistakes considering it was the day before my wedding I had no choice to take them away. I have been deciding what to do with my bouquet and feel sad that it’s not what I asked for and paid £90 for something I was disappointed with on my wedding day. I feel like because I was not spending £1000s, I just ordered bridal bouquet and bridesmaids, I was not worth worrying about.

Negative experience: I was disappointed with this Christmas table display. Paid extra £20 for the premium version and expecting a gold pot as clearly stated in the description. Disappointing to receive a cheap white tin pot. Would have liked a thicker candle and more luscious foliage with more reds and berries like the photo description. Fantastic experience: The Flower Boutique provided us with beautiful flowers for our wedding at the Buckinghamshire Railway centre in Quainton and I would highly recommend them. We contacted Kim at the Boutique and described our colour theme and general look we had in mind for our wedding day. Kim then put together a detailed mood board which included beautiful ideas for our various arrangements and examples of the flowers that would fit in with the venue and our vision for the day. When we saw the flowers on the wedding day they looked beautiful and fresh and stayed lovely all day. Everyone loved them and we were able to give them away to our guests at the end of the day. Kim even included daisies, as they are my favourite flower, which gave it all a more personal touch and was noticed by those who know me best. The flowers made our wedding look extra beautiful and looked fabulous in our photos. Fantastic experience: Kim supplied our wedding flowers. Originally booked for April 2020 she was happy to rearrange to August 2021 and all the dates inbetween. They arrived early on our wedding day allowing us to enjoy all the preparations. The flowers really complemented our wedding and she was happy with all the changes we made with colours and numbers. They looked so much better than what we could have ever imagined.

Despite changing our date and venue due to the pandemic they we were reassured they were going to be there for us on our day no matter what. Kimberley especially is so amazing at what she does, we chose her as our florist based on her personality and her vision for our flowers! We had a cheaper quote from an alternative but we felt Kimberley truly understood our theme and went over and above what other florists we met with had done. She put together moodboards and really listened! We had a little difficulty getting in contact a few weeks before the wedding but completely understood that this was down to the volume of work they had on from both 2020 and 2021 weddings plus new enquiries and when we did get in contact our queries were resolved quickly. We weren’t disappointed on the day, the flowers were gorgeous and so much better than we’d even imagined! Fantastic experience: Ordered a bouquet of flowers and chocolates this morning for my husband and they are absolutely beautiful and arrived within 3 hours. Fantastic experience: What an amazing florist! We were supposed to attend a Christmas wreath making class, but with Covid it was not possible. The team there got creative and sent us an enormous selection of foliage (based on a variety of pictures we shared with them) and we were able to make the most stunning Christmas wreaths, so beautiful it is still on my door in mid-January. Beautiful flowers and people!

Fantastic experience: We were due to have a wreath making workshop before Christmas but due to lockdown restrictions wreath making kits were sent to us instead. There were so many different options to choose from, the boxes were huge and completely full of foliage, stems and accessories and they turned out absolutely beautiful. We will be doing this every year (hopefully in the shop next time!) and I couldn't recommend this florist enough! Thank you so much :)

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service! I contacted Kimberly a while back (before Covid was a thing) to arrange a meeting to discuss my wedding flowers. Kimberly booked both my Mom and I in straight away, we went to the shop and sat down with her to chat about what I wanted, she gave some great recommendations and also suggested alternatives to help make it even more reasonable for us! Her honesty and professionalism is second to none. We have ordered a couple of bouquets since and again impeccable service! I honestly can't recommend enough, her flowers are gorgeous too!!!

Fantastic experience: We first came across The Flower Boutique MK whilst looking for a wedding florist. We found various online photos and their portfolio on their website which showcased how imaginative and amazing their floral displays are. We made an appointment and met with Kimberley who went through all of our options and helped us to stick to budget and achieve the look and colour theme we wanted for our big day. She kept in contact and even made some very last-minute changes to accommodate when we had a slight change of colours due to bridesmaid dress sagas! Since then we have returned several times including my husband arranging for a replica of my wedding bouquet to be made for our first wedding anniversary. It looked almost identical and really was very special! As the flowers are so fresh and good quality, I have successfully managed to dry 2 bouquets now so I can keep them for longer. My anniversary bouquet is still sitting in pride of place in my kitchen over three months later. I have found them to professional and helpful during every contact and have recommended them to friends and family since. It is so lovely to have such a talented florist as a small family run business local to us, that we can visit whenever we like, and know that we will always receive good quality flowers that look and smell beautiful.
