Fantastic experience: Karla is utterly amazing! She did the most amazing flowers for our beautiful Mum's funeral. No words can really describe what an utter genius she is, with Mother Nature's gifts! Karla came to visit me at home one evening after work & we did a video call with my sister. She took onboard all of the elements we wanted incorporated & interpreted them to perfection. Karla delivered the flowers to the undertakers (Coghlans, Fareham), kept us updated at all stages of the "process" and when we saw the photos of Mum's flowers, we were delighted. The colours, shape, textures and overall look were exactly what we had envisaged. They complimented Mum's wicker basket perfectly. When we saw the flowers in real life, they were even more perfect. Our Mum would have thoroughly approved; not only that, but Karla made matching bouquets for my Sister, my Niece and myself to enjoy in the coming weeks. Karla also made the flowers for my Auntie & Cousin to lay at Mum's resting place & an equally beautiful spray for my Grandparents. All of Mum's mourners remarked at how beautiful the flowers were. Thank you Karla for your exquisite artwork, compassionate approach and wonderful knowledge. We made the right choice in you!

Fantastic experience: Karla bursts at the seams with knowledge and genuine love for her art. Far more than a florist, Karla will create bespoke, breaking installations with all manner of material and props entwined with stunning floral designs. Blooms and Balloons are a dream to work with, helpful and knowledgeable but above all they provide a unique and bespoke experience and service for each of their clients including us!

Fantastic experience: Karla and her team did an absolutely amazing job at our wedding. They really went out of their way to deliver far beyond our expectations, helped guide us through the decision making when needed, and listened to what we wanted, and the results were exceptional. We had quite a few unusual ideas, and wanted to incorporate several items from both families, which could have been a logistics nightmare, but Karla went out of her way to be available and flexible so we could make it all come together on the day. And as a bonus, most of the flowers were locally sourced! The whole day ran smoothly, looked beautiful, and was just plain magical. We cannot thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: We got married in December last year and used Blooms and Balloons. Karla and her team were awesome, listened to what we wanted, made amazing suggestions and really went all out to make things perfect. My bouquet matched the Christmas theme and my dress perfectly, the flower girls had flowery baubles to carry and the button holes were beautiful. Any changes I wanted were made without fuss and Karla was always on hand if we had any questions. The table decorations were simply beautiful and unique as were all of the thank you bouquets. We can’t thank her enough, she made it all so simple and stress free on the day. Highly recommended xx

Fantastic experience: Karla and the team were my florist for my wedding on the 22nd June 2023. I had images galore on my phone and in my head which Karla helped bring to life! My first meeting with Karla made me feel so relaxed and listened too and she would give her ideas of what would look amazing with my theme/dress/bridesmaids/groom! Negative experience: The bouquet was sent for the anniversary of my husband's death. The delivery woman said "have a nice day", which was totally inappropriate. Most of the bouquet was greenery which looked as though it was picked from evergreen bushes and it looked nothing like the bouquets on the website. Despite following the instructions, it didn't last more than a few days.
