Fantastic experience: You will find this wonderful flower shop on the high street in Garstang. Visited this weekend and I bought some beautiful Blue Moon variety roses and eucalyptus which look absolutely stunning in their arrangement. There are also plenty of special seasonal decorations - wreaths for the door, baubles, and candles. Great for gift shopping or treating yourself. I will be back very soon!!!

Fantastic experience: The first picture is of the beauty flower display with hues of pinks and creams with pussy willow, pampas grass and twisted willow etc. The other three are from last year and are still beautiful and natural. The staff are amazing and helpful. Love their work and can make bouquets up, or you can pick ones already made.

Negative experience: Ordered a red rose bouquet for Valentine’s Day . Asked if other flowers could be white. Arrived with one red rose, sorry half a red rose as outer leaves had been stripped off on one side. Shall be paying a visit to complain but would be going back ever again. Total rip off.

Negative experience: I ordered the 'splendid' bouquet for a friend's birthday 1st February 2021 The picture (attached) of the bouquet cost me £30. I have also attached a photo of what I believed I had ordered. I contacted the florist and although polite would not acknowledge that the bouquet delivered had missing flowers and substitute of two chrysanthemums instead of four roses (as advertised) was unacceptable. Customer satisfaction appears low on their list of priorities. It has made me wary of ordering online again. I do not write negative reviews but to have no goodwill gesture for a false advertisement is not great. I understand flower substitutions can be made but you can see from the pictures this was not the case.

Negative experience: Shame. Ordered an expensive bouquet £65 directly, with roses as well as other foliage. The roses I ordered were damaged before they made up the bouquet so they offered an alternative by phone. The replacement roses were finished in 3 days so I went back and they gave me some others, they lasted 3 days too. The anniversary bouquet was a joke. My wife bought some flowers from Aldi to boost the other flowers and make it last longer. Top tip: don’t buy roses from them! Thanks a bunch and will go elsewhere next time.
