Fantastic experience: Living locally to The Bloom Room, they are the best around. Their staff are so lovely and helpful and their knowledge and experience is incredible. They have done all my flowers, funeral, a wedding and lots of birthday bouquets. They always last and are of the best quality. I don’t go anywhere else for my flowers. And the shop has some Lovely gifts too!

Negative experience: We ordered a funeral arrangement for £50-55, agreeing with the florist that it would be a full arrangement. What was prepared for collection was much sparser than we had discussed, and for such an important occasion it was very upsetting. When we raised our concerns, more flowers were added, but only after we were told this would cost extra. At no point were we told beforehand that rectifying the arrangement would mean an additional charge. We assumed it was a correction since the bouquet was not as agreed. We were asked for £25, then reduced to £20, but this only covered a handful of flowers (one hydrangea, a couple of pink fillers, and two white stems). Not only did this leave us with an arrangement that still did not feel worth the final £70-75 price, but the delay meant we were running late for the funeral. Overall, this experience left us feeling very let down. For such a sensitive occasion, clearer communication, fairer pricing, and more care with the arrangement would have been expected.

Fantastic experience: Bethany did my bouquets, buttonholes, cake flowers and hair combs for our wedding in June 2025 and everything was perfect. During our first meeting she listened to what I wanted and understood the colour scheme for our wedding. She showed me pictures of other work she had done and reassured me she would be able to create exactly what I wanted. When everything arrived the day before the wedding I couldn't believe how perfect my bouquet was. On the wedding day I got so many compliments on how pretty and how "me" it was. They even matched our venue decoration seamlessly. I couldn't recommend Bethany and her team enough and will definitely be revisiting in the future. Thank you xxx

Fantastic experience: The team at TBR are unparalleled. I knew as soon as I booked my wedding that I wanted them to do my flowers, and they went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. We went back and forth a lot on what I wanted for my day and they were so accommodating. As you can see from the photo, my bouquet was absolutely stunning. They listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that, but seeing it come to life was so much more than I could have imagined. Thank you <3

Fantastic experience: Becky and the team recently did the funeral flowers for my sister and father . The family and people at the funeral were blown away with how beautiful they were. At a time that you are grieving, Becky listened to what I wanted and even added some of her own ideas. The flowers were so fresh and lasted well over 2 weeks after the funeral. Fantastic experience: Bethany and the team at the Bloom Room Longridge are absolutely amazing! Before booking in with them for our wedding flowers we had an appointment to discuss what we were looking for with our flowers and Bethany took so much time to show me examples of flowers they had done for other weddings which were similar to what I was looking for which was really helpful to get an idea of what we could expect and they were all beautiful! In the run up to the wedding we had another appointment to fully confirm all the details and timings of deliveries and everything, Bethany took time to go through everything with me which really put my mind at ease! On the wedding day the flowers arrived nice and early so no last minute panics! And I couldn’t believe how beautiful the bouquets were, I was absolutely obsessed with my bouquet and I had so many compliments on it on the day! It was even more beautiful than I could have even imagined! The whole team are amazing and offer good advice and worked with us to make the vision happen. We’ll only be using the bloom room for all future florals from now on, I couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

Bethany at The Bloom Room has gone above and beyond for years for our family here in Australia. We could only wish we had a service like this here in Oz! I hope she doesn’t see this, but I have been sending Red Roses to my Gran anonymously since my Grandfather passed away in 2017. She gets one on their Wedding Anniversary, her birthday and the day of his passing. During covid lockdowns, I didn’t know how we were going to navigate the roses as The Bloom Room, like everything else, was closed. Beautiful Bethany HAND DELIVERED each of those Red Roses to my Gran during this time! I am forever grateful for her commitment to keep this tradition going. My Gran went through Covid with one thing staying the same, in a world where there were so many changes! Bethany is an incredible human and I hope that good karma always comes back to her! We don’t buy our flowers anywhere else! Thank you again Bethany x

Fantastic experience: Called to ask if they would be able to decorate a little Christmas tree & deliver it to an elderly relative who will be in hospital over Christmas. The lady I spoke with was wonderful. She found a suitably sized tree, decorated it beautifully and also added little lights. Nothing was too much trouble. It was also delivered the same day. My relative is absolutely thrilled with it and it has been much admired by all the nurses & staff. Thank you so much for such a fantastic service The Bloom Room & for making an elderly person very happy.

Fantastic experience: I would 100% recommend the girls in The bloom room. I went in on Monday 2nd August about midday. My best friend was getting married at 2.30 her flowers were stuck In Southampton. So I asked if they could make me a brides bouquet, 2 bridesmaids & 5 Buttonholes for all the groomsmen. They all helped make them. We had a chat. I was in a rush as needed them ASAP. Then one of the girls even platted my hair, as I had no time & put beautiful flowers in my hair. They were all so happy & helpful. The florist is beautiful with lovely flowers, gifts & accessories. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Also got a few tips on places to walk my dog. Only came up for the wedding at Gibbon Bridge Hotel from Wiltshire. So don’t know the area. I told everyone at the wedding how great you all were. The grooms family are all from the area. Negative experience: Very disappointed that the flowers that I ordered were not the colour's that were on the website, I didn't mind different colour's or flowers but when the there was no coloured flowers only white it was not what I ordered. The business could have called me at any time to discuss this but failed to do so. I always like to use local businesses if I can but unfortunately they will not be getting my business again due to the lack of customer service.
