Fantastic experience: Living locally to The Bloom Room, they are the best around. Their staff are so lovely and helpful and their knowledge and experience is incredible. They have done all my flowers, funeral, a wedding and lots of birthday bouquets. They always last and are of the best quality. I don’t go anywhere else for my flowers. And the shop has some Lovely gifts too!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from The Bloom Room. The bouquets are always stunning and beautifully presented, with great attention to detail. A local gem for all your floral needs. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: We ordered a funeral arrangement for £50-55, agreeing with the florist that it would be a full arrangement. What was prepared for collection was much sparser than we had discussed, and for such an important occasion it was very upsetting. When we raised our concerns, more flowers were added, but only after we were told this would cost extra. At no point were we told beforehand that rectifying the arrangement would mean an additional charge. We assumed it was a correction since the bouquet was not as agreed. We were asked for £25, then reduced to £20, but this only covered a handful of flowers (one hydrangea, a couple of pink fillers, and two white stems). Not only did this leave us with an arrangement that still did not feel worth the final £70-75 price, but the delay meant we were running late for the funeral. Overall, this experience left us feeling very let down. For such a sensitive occasion, clearer communication, fairer pricing, and more care with the arrangement would have been expected.
