Fantastic experience: Not a local but I bypassed Interflora and called the shop direct. The lady taking my order for a condolences bouquet could not have been nicer or more understanding. Even returning my call when the flowers were unable to be delivered due to no-one home. A card was left and the recipient received their flowers a day later. They were delighted with the beautiful bouquet. When in Dundee, this is the shop to use.

Fantastic experience: My friend got me birthday flowers to be delivered on the 18th of October, they were absolutely stunning. And 3 weeks later so many flowers are still thriving, moved them to another vase and are still as stunning as they were the day I got them! 10/10 recommend!

Negative experience: I ordered the "A New Day" medium flower arrangement for my wife's birthday, but unfortunately, what I received from Forget Me Not Florist was completely different from the advertised image. It was a major disappointment. While I understand that substitutions might be necessary if certain flowers are unavailable, the bouquet we received didn't even come close to what was promised. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this florist, as it could end up spoiling a special occasion.

Fantastic experience: I was having a rough mental health day and my partner was at work so unfortunatley couldnt be with me, he got me a same day delivey bouquet of flowers to cheer me up and they are absoulutely gorgeous. The man who delivered the flowers was also lovely, I couldnt find my keys so i asked if he could leave them outside while i checked for my keys more thourougly (i didnt want to leave him waiting) he was very kind and left them outside for me before I eventualy found my keys. I love flowers so these really made my day, the fresh gorgeous flower smell which reminds me of when my gran would take me into flower shops when i was a child. Great quality beautiful flowers and i couldnt be happier, thank you :)
