Fantastic experience: Called up on the day and asked for sunflowers, I was told how many there were and was able to get them made into a bouquet for me to come and collect. Appreciate the help

Fantastic experience: Just recieved a beautifully boxed bouquet of flowers from Pams Flowers. The flowers and greenery were wonderfully fresh and carefully selected to set eachother off. The delivery was carefully placed in a secure place while we were away for a couple of days. I cannot recommend this florist highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank you for arranging the flowers for Jackie Browns funeral flowers yesterday my Brothers partner of 25 years , 16thApril 2025 . They were absolutely gorgeous . We had 4 different arrangements and the quality of the flowers was 1 st class, and delivered exactly on time . You actually did the flowers for my Dad funeral 10 years ago , he is buried at the Eastern Cemetery and we are going to put Jackie’s flowers there today as well . Thank you very much again. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and caring and really took the time to talk through what things she would like and what flowers to use. They really made the whole process very simple and we're very good at explaining what we could do, delivery etc. The arrangements were beautiful, they did such an amazing job and I can't recommend them enough to everyone since using them.

Fantastic experience: I phoned at 10.30am for flowers to be delivered to a friend. I asked for a photo of the flowers. I got a picture sent and a message at 11.20 am advising flowers were delivered. Fantastic service and lovely fresh flowers. Staff lovely.

Positive experience: Ordered wedding flowers. Staff were very nice and the bridesmaids hand tied bouquets and groomsmen buttonholes were lovely. I had to ask for the grooms buttonhole to be redone, which they did and it was much better. However, although the bridal bouquet looked perfect when delivered, it started to fall apart when walking to the ceremony and this continued throughout the day. Very embarrassing and disappointing for the price I paid for it.

Negative experience: Really disappointed. Ordered a £30 bouquet of whites. pinks and light colours for my wife on our 15 year anniversary and a bunch of pretty much yellow flowers arrived - Felt i could have got a cheaper and better deal @ Supermarket

Fantastic experience: well i would have said the five star at one time but the other night there when we went to pams to see about wraths the lady that was on was not very nice we felt that she spoke down to us to days before when we had been in the lady that was on then was really nice and she had said that all the wraths were for sale but this other woman they were not .

Negative experience: Worst flowers I have ever had delivered to anyone, I paid over £40 for them, and was so so disappointed.. They were not fresh flowers and lasted 2 days!! When I called regarding the issue I was told well just bring them back and we will do some fresh ones for you as we have just had a delivery?? So that in fact told me the flowers I had delivered were definitely not Fresh......

I needed to send flowers the next day and it was no problem, got to choose what type of flowers, what size of bouquet etc, the girls there even helped me find the address i was sending them too( it was lost in a facebook post) !!! Have used Pams Flowers for years and wouldnt go anywhere elsé!
