Negative experience: Really disappointing experience. I went in this afternoon to get a bouquet for my late brother's grave, the assistant serving me was rude and quite condescending. I told her what flowers I wanted, but she kept saying that she didn't understand and just kept asking how much I wanted to spend instead of actually listening to me. Felt very insensitive. I walked out of the shop.....

We believe your account doesn’t fully reflect what happened, our team member who has over 20 years experience in the Florist industry was trying to understand your request and guide you appropriately, asking about budget is a normal part of this process. It would seem that the list of flower you had would not have been able to be made with your €30 budget.

There was no intention to be rude or insensitive and our staff member remain professional throughout. We standby our team member and how the situation was handled.

We would also have appreciated the opportunity to address your concerns directly before seeing them posted in a public review. As you will see from our reviews, we have three bad reviews out of 110, one is yours, 1 is a liar and one other Is logistic problem that was out of our control.

Fantastic experience: Great service from John. The WOW flowers arrived on time for my friends showroom opening at KUTCHENHAUS and they were definitely’wow’! They were even presented in a purple vase coinciding with her business logo. Thank you.
