Negative experience: Really disappointing experience. I went in this afternoon to get a bouquet for my late brother's grave, the assistant serving me was rude and quite condescending. I told her what flowers I wanted, but she kept saying that she didn't understand and just kept asking how much I wanted to spend instead of actually listening to me. Felt very insensitive. I walked out of the shop.....

My friend sent me on a photo of the flowers and they looked even better than they did in the photo on the website! Will definitely use Forget Me Not florist again.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a basket of flowers for my daughters birthday, and they looked exactly as how it was displayed on the website. They were absolutely beautiful, on like some online flower delivery services that shows you beautiful bouquets and deliver something different. The only mistake is that they forgot about the chocolates I also ordered. I understand mistakes happen. I contacted the shop and they apologized and sent her some extra chocolates on the same day. I highly recommend.

Positive experience: I ordered a bouquet from Forget Me Not Flowers over a week in advance for my wife’s birthday. While I have to say the flowers themselves were absolutely incredible fresh, beautifully arranged, and exactly what I had hoped for the service left a lot to be desired. The original plan was to collect them on the morning of her birthday, but on the day itself, I received a message from the owner saying the supplier had sent the wrong flowers and that my order wouldn’t be ready until 2:30pm. This was very inconvenient, especially with everything I had to organise for the day. Still, I rearranged my plans to accommodate the delay. Then at 2pm, when we rang to check, we were told they now wouldn’t be ready until 3:30pm At that point, I would have cancelled the order entirely if the flowers hadn’t been needed for a party and it would be to late to go else where. Instead, a family member who was already under time pressure had to collect them. They did mention the owner was lovely and apologetic, which I appreciate, but unfortunately, the experience overall was stressful and disappointing. I genuinely wanted to support a local business, but given the lack of reliability on such an important day, I’ll sadly be looking else where for future occasions. I would be suggesting this shop looks for a different supplier going forward if they can’t get an order right that was picked from there online website.

Pick the event, pick the flowers, pick the size, delivery or collection, pay and done. Its very straightforward. I do recommend this place to everybody. Plus, loads of parking!

Contacted them after hearing only positive things from a family member who is a frequent customer. John replied quickly with the necessary details and was more than helpful. The order was delivered two days after my initial email, as requested. I cannot stress how good a service was provided! The flowers were absolutely beautiful (as you can see in the photo) and followed my request brilliantly (specifically no lilies to be included). I was very appreciative of the thought put into the colour choice for the packaging also, something I had not thought about requesting! Cannot recommend Forget Me Not Florist Kilkenny enough! Will definitely be returning for future orders.

John was so accommodating to my requests - to include irises in the arrangement and also delivering them to a local hotel as a surprise in their rooms. The bouquets had beautiful greenery and plenty of flowers, and were presented in a lovely flower box. No hesitation in recommending Forget Me Not Florists. Thanks John.

Negative experience: Whilst they do fabulous bouquets, this is the second time ive been let down by this establishment! Specifically ordered from you as you guaranteed delivery on mother's day, however, after paying a significant price for your flowers and delivery, you delivered the flowers a day early and without a card to specify who they were from! Disappointing to say the least! Was also left disappointed last summer when i ordered flowers and somehow your database lost the order yet took my money and it wasnt until i contacted you to find out why the flowers were never delivered that you realised your error! Wont be ordering with yourselves again! No email received

He was unable to travel to see her this Easter due to this horrid virus so a little surprise delivery was just what was needed. Ordering was simple and going out of their way to add the request for a chocolate treat was extra special, ordering fuss free, very helpful and friendly staff, delivered on time, value for money. Negative experience: Absolutely terrible service ruined a valentines surprise didn’t deliver the balloon ordered and mixed up the messages on the card that wasn’t even spelled properly Delivery driver just left flowers at the door and walked away I had left a note with my online order to call when here but didn’t bother Very rude customer service when I called to complain and didn’t want to help when I said I would not be using there service again I was told don’t bother Will never be using forget me not Kilkenny again Horrendous service and customer relations As an addition to your response John I have not been refunded for the loss of the balloon your driver just dropped it at the door without care and when I called to rectify I was met with smart Alec answers and very bad customer service Your staff member told me to not bother with your service if I’m not happy I left a note to call as it was a surprise from my son on his first valentines for his mother and the balloon was the message from him. Surprise ruined then by the incompetence of your staff and only got worse when I tried to rectify the situation. I will be expecting my refund and if not I will without doubt take the matter further Best of luck
