Fantastic experience: Have received and bought flowers from flowers by Lucy multiple times now and every time the quality is absolutely amazing. Such gorgeous arrangements and such great value compared to other options available. Always find them to last very well also. Have to add a special thank you for managing to get a same day delivery out to my mam for her 60th from my Dad who was in hospital. I had missed the cut off for same day delivery but luckily the team were able to make it happen. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: A sublime bouquet of flowers was delivered to my partner last Friday. On the phone, Vinnie displayed genuine interest when discussing the order to ensure they got it just right, which they certainly did. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: The flowers weren't fresh. I was upset. On the second day, the 70-euro bouquet was limp. I don't recommend buying flowers here!!! Who will return the money and good mood? In continuation of my review, I want to say that after a lengthy correspondence with the store manager, my opinion of the store and the freshness of the flowers sold there hasn't changed. At first, the store denied that my husband had made a purchase from them. After confirming that the amount my husband paid for the flowers was indeed listed at the register, the store is now offering me a new bouquet, but my husband must return the old one. Seriously? What normal person would keep rotten flowers bought on December 30th at home, which started spoiling on the second day? And they suggested returning them on January 5th. Should I search for them in the trash? And why would I need flowers now if my birthday has passed and the holiday is ruined! After this, I strongly advise against buying flowers from this store to anyone I know or don't know.

Fantastic experience: Lucy and her team did the flowers for our wedding in March. I knew I wanted to use a local supplier and I am so glad I chose Lucy. She was just so lovely and easy to deal with. She gave me a lot of her time to discuss what I wanted to achieve and gave me loads of brilliant advice on what she thought we might need in the venue on the day. The flowers for the day completely exceeded all of my expectations. What Lucy and the team created was just so beautiful and made the ceremony space look incredible. Everyone at the wedding was very complementary about the flower arrangements and some guests were even able to take some end of pew or smaller arrangements home with them after the wedding and I’ve been told they lasted really well afterwards. I loved all of it, from the pew ends and pedestal arrangements to my bouquet, which were simply perfect and better than any guide pictures I had sent to Lucy. It completely fit the brief we had discussed and I just wish I could have held on to it forever. I can’t express how much I loved the flowers and what a pleasure it was to work with Lucy and her team. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a florist for their wedding.

Negative experience: Received a bouquet via Teliflorist from my elderly Aunt in Edinburgh yesterday. The delivery was on the right day and delivered by a charming chap. It was a very large bouquet and I noticed that it was mainly greenery and a few flowers. When I started to put them in a vase I counted 10 separate flowers, two stemof tiny sad roses, two stems of conical pale orange ( exotic ? ) flowers, one stem of a lily, two stems of a smaller lily, three stems of orange gerbera (?) Those flowers were the only colour in the bouquet. There were three green pom pom things I think were flowers which disappeared into the mass of green shrubs which comprised of sprigs of rose leaves, variegated euonymos, palm fern,and other woody green sprigs. The greenery absolutely dominated the bouquet and I had to throw at least half of it away as I didn't want a separate vase full of evergreen shrubs. It remains to be seen how long the bouquet lasts. I was most disappointed. Next time I'll ask her to send me money and I'll buy my own or a plant. I think she used a florist in Edinburgh to place the order so I'll be advising them not to use your company again.

Negative experience: I have used this business as my only flower source in Kilkenny for 5 years now. I have probably spent €2,500 on flowers in that time period, 500 of that being on 1 Valentine’s Day alone yet today they reduced my rose order today as they felt they knew better than me . Also a few weeks ago they made 2 bouquets for me for €80 when for years they have charges me €100 for 1…. seemed to me they overcharged me for years. Enough is enough. Very upsetting, I will not use this company ever again.
