Fantastic experience: Ordered flowers for my wife last week. On the order I had put the wrong eircode. So i emailed at 7.30 in the morning explaining my mistake and also asking if they could be delivered early as it turned out my wife would be out of the office by 2.00. They were delivered fine and early to the correct location thankfully. Excellent service and a beautiful bouquet

Negative experience: Got flowers for Valentine's Day. Was disappointed,next day already leaves started to falling off...I know,they are pricy enough and was expecting better quality. And I'm that one who knows how to take care about plants/flowers and see from stores already if they're fresh or not.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 100 stars I would. Yesterday, we came into the shop looking for a bouquet/spray for our grandmothers 1 year death anniversary. One had been ordered previously from another florist but just wasn't what was ordered and is another stressful story altogether. I had ordered my wedding flowers from Siobhan and the team here and they were beautiful, so knowing the quality, we went here to rectify the situation. Siobhán went above and beyond for us and had the spray ready for the grave before the mass. We cannot thank her enough. It was beautiful and exactly what we had envisioned. No finer customer care than in here. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Expectation and reality. Ordered online for 65 euros. In general, nothing similar to the photo from the site, but the bouquet looks very tired, the leaves and flowers are withered. Phone added a little brightness to the phone photo, but it looks worse in real life.

Negative experience: I cannot recommend this florist . Got flowers from here as a gift last week, so disappointing, a bunch of 9 green sprigs , a variety of daisies and one little sad rose . Most certainly not a display to enjoy . The rose & the green foliage began to shed on day 2 , by day 4 the lot were dumped .

Totally forgot about mothers day, so when I ordered flowers for my mam at 8pm the night before, not sober I had accepted that they were going to arrive late, and that this was my own doing. Negative experience: Popped in today to buy some flowers for mothers day, there was none available as all were being made to order which was understandable giving the mothers day rush, asked the girl could she make me up a bouquet and she said yes but would have to wait an hour before it was made which was fine she then told me that they start at 35 euro so I said I wanted to spend 50 euro so I was expecting something nice as some of the ones that were pre ordered for others were nice and they were only 35 euro, I never got a call back to say they were ready, I popped back in 2 hours later just before closing and I mush say the flowers I got look so miserable their was more foliage than flowers and it didn't look half as well as others in the shop, I can honestly say that I will never use this florist ever again

Fantastic experience: I phoned in all the way from a remote mine site in western Australia to this shop and ordered a huge bunch for a great man that passed. They not only delivered..but knew him..his family...his house...and lived up behind him and went to school with his daughters!!!. I couldnt have hit bingo any better. The flowers were amazing. I chose randomly online what i thought looked great...and won!
