Fantastic experience: I called from the US as I wanted to give my girl flowers for a special day. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I asked for an odd number of roses. It was no problem. They delivered it in the morning, so she had most of the day with them. Great service and prices

Fantastic experience: We got married last Friday 29th and Roisin did our flowers , honestly Roisin and Niall are so talented , The flower arrangements , bouquets were just outstanding . By far the best florist in Limerick plus being so kind, caring and accommodating with last minute requests from an admittedly demanding bride ( me) - they even delivered to both hotels and church on morning of wedding . If your getting married and want to impress your guests then this is the florist to go with . I cannot thank you both enjoy for such a beautiful display . Sarah and Robbie Bonfield x

Fantastic experience: I received a stunning bouquet for my anniversary. My husband emailed the order in from abroad. I actually had to call back about a small miscommunication in the order and was really impressed with their customer care and personable response having spoken with the driver who delivered them. Negative experience: Visited once before, nice enough workers except for the man who works there. Treats people like dirt, walked in mid rant to his wife who he called a “fkin gowl”. Can only imagine how he treats the workers.

Fantastic experience: Lovely florist, nice staff, many a time have I walked in and was just able to get a beautiful bouquet made on the spot, no need for bookings. The flowers range in many different colours and styles and the prices are cheap for what you get. Hands down my go-to spot if I want/need flowers regardless of if it's a special occasion or just a bouquet for a friend/family member or significant other. Cannot recommend enough!

Negative experience: Sadly the flowers looked absolutely nothing like the ones I ordered. I did ring the shop to explain that I wasn’t happy with the flowers upon arrival. I was told that the flowers I got were “a first cousin” to the ones I ordered. Had I known that the florist weren’t supplying the flowers as advertised, I would have gone with someone else. I should have been told this prior to processing payment. I basically paid for a product and got something totally different. The bouquet was a massive let down - Tesco do better in my opinion for a fraction of the price.

Negative experience: Very bad flowers died within 3 days. Not interested in the complaint about the arrangement worst customer service ever and very very poor quality flowers I am a flower arrangermyself and I know how to treat and care for flowers. So embarrassing for the person who sent them to me as she saw them in Xmas photos I sent on to her.
