Fantastic experience: Stunning bouquet sent to a friend using the online system, I was confused by the courier charges but Kevin was super helpful and explained the new system to me. The turnaround was next day delivery also which I was delighted with especially so close to Valentine's day. All in all great service, turnaround and price for the quality.

Fantastic experience: I have not actually purchased anything from here yet but on my daily walk to work, I notice the staff preparing for the day and I really like the dedication and how well they take care of the beautiful flowers. They always have great selection of plants, bouquets and always have such a nice quaint display!

Fantastic experience: I'd ordered sympathy flowers via Interflora, as I couldn't get over for a family funeral. I hadn't had any notification that the flowers had been delivered and didn't want to ask the family, so I emailed Interflora to confirm. Eleanor herself then phoned me directly to say she'd personally delivered them, had left them in a safe place and confirmed the address. She even knew my aunty! I was blown away by her care and reassurance. I will absolutely use Eleanor's again when I need to send flowers.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say thank you ssssoooo much for our flowers for the wedding, they were absolutely stunning I had sent you a couple of example pictures that I liked and you could not have gotten them more spot on, for the girls, lads, family and the table it was perfect if you are thinking of booking with them, do not hesitate, I cannot reccomend Eleanor and the team highly enough for any and all occasions, amazing!!

Fantastic experience: If you have a vision then Eleanor and her Team will help you create it, No matter how big or small your budget is, She'll add little touches that you'd never even think of. Truly gifted.... :) The shop changes with the seasons offering vibrant flowers and festive trinkets. It's well worth a browse.

Positive experience: The creations Eleanor's Florist makes are gorgeous. But they are the only florist that I get flowers from where the flowers die within 2 days which is not great when you spend a minimum of 40 euro every time on a bouqet. Whenever I buy flowers from other florists, they last over a week. Service is great but the longevity of the flowers received.. not good.

Fantastic experience: I’ve used this florist twice now. First was because I was looking for frisias and she was the o my florist I could find with them in stock. Then I recommended them to my friend who bought this bouquet for my dying mum. It was a bit expensive but like they explained, when you want great fresh quality flowers and a bouquet that will last it does cost more. You can see the lilies haven’t even opened yet so they will add fresh colour and volume when they do. Really magnificent bouquet and everyone admires it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: My hubby and I booked Eleanor for our wedding flowers last week and from the moment I first spoke to Eleanor to the day they were delivered, everything was easy and stress free - just what you want when you are planning a wedding. I’m not overly familiar with different flowers, so when I spoke with Eleanor, we went through the different colours I wanted but I couldn’t really explain what flowers I liked. What she managed to produce from that conversation was beyond anything I could have ever imagined! My bouquet was absolutely perfect, as was the bridesmaid and flower girl bouquets and the buttonholes. We also had Eleanor do an arch over the church door and it was amazing! If you are considering booking Eleanor for your wedding flowers I would highly recommend her! You can totally trust her and rest easy knowing they will be perfect

Fantastic experience: Love Eleanor's. Very personal service. I live in Cork and always use Eleanor's to deliver flowers to my elderly mom. She makes beautiful neat and stylish arrangements in cute containers that are just right for for moms living room and last ages. Mom is also alergic to lily's and Eleanor always remembers this when making up her arrangements. Brilliant service. I'd be lost without it.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much for the excellent service that you provided yesterday. I was on my way to buy roses for a funeral when my car went off the road into a ditch. I called Eleanor's florist and the lady on the phone was so kind and helpful. I ordered the roses on the phone and they were delivered to the church on time for the funeral. Not only were they delivered on time at very short notice, but they were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I had wanted. If you are looking for a florist in Tralee - I cannot recommend Eleanor's florist highly enough.

Positive experience: ISOBEL was great regarding the delivery. The flowers cost 40 euros and 4 for delivery and when I saw the small selection of flowers (My sister sent me a picture) I was not pleased. I would expect a lot of flowers for the money and I did request Spring flowers, where were the tulips etc. Very diappointed. Helen .

Fantastic experience: We got a Christmas wreath here and was full of life and colour lots of natural pine and flowers we already have it outside and it survived three storms this Christmas .The flowers here top quality ,love the pollen smell in shop could stay there all day so healthy .Everything is custom hand made here staff and owner work very hard to satisfy customers needs that's evident and enough parking to do your business outside shop well done to all there great work .

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this florist highly enough. I rang them with a really special order for our friend's little boy's birthday who has passed away and as we wouldn't see them in person, it meant a lot to us to have exactly what we wanted to reflect his personality. Isobel was incredibly helpful and created a piece which was so unique to him. She went out of her way to create such a wonderful display and was a pleasure to deal with. Brilliant customer service and very sensitive in an upsetting circumstance. Wish every business operated like this. Huge thanks and well done.
