Two bouquets were matching the requirements i have asked, also i was not able to pick up, called to ask if they can delivery, the prompt response and also the same day delivery is soooooo nice. thank you for the beautiful outcomes!!!!!!!

I ordered a beautiful Pastel Love and Hugs arrangement which was able to be delivered the following day which was a Saturday. Sentiments sent me a photo of the flowers which was lovely to see. Positive experience: Beautiful flowers but I’m certain we ordered Lillie’s and the photo we got of the flowers sent were roses. The recipient loved them but personally I’m not a fan of roses.

Fantastic experience: As I posted on Katrina and Jasmine's Sentiments FB page. We had, as it happens in or lives, the sudden passing of a beloved family member. My wife's father passed away, and his memorial was earlier today. Unbeknownst to me New Zealand was honoring Anzac Day yesterday, so most shops were closed or on limited hours. Being one day behind, here in Canada yet! I didn't know if we would be able to have a flower arrangement delivered, on time for his memorial service. {Sentiments} Florist Katrina and Jasmine were able to successfully deliver that, with short notice, on time, from thousands of miles distance! Fantastic experience: I ordered an arrangement from Sentiment Flowers this morning and within 2 hours they were delivered to my daughter in the maternity ward. She was delighted. The flowers were a truly amazing selection called the Joyful Colour Arrangement and they certainly did bring her great joy. I was very appreciative of all aspects of the Sentiments Flowers service.

Negative experience: Unfortunately they don’t send a photo of the flowers (this is usual service from other florists I’ve used) and they don’t have a system to let you know if order delivered (I followed up to ask). Can’t rate higher as sadly I don’t know if the flowers matched the online photo or not which is very disappointing (they didn’t respond when I asked). Able to give 2 stars as I know something was delivered on the right date ($14 delivery fee).

I had issues with Rural Delivery Contractor leaving Mother Day flowers from my daughter in our Rural letterbox .. pushed in , as our letterbox is about 1/2 km away from house.. I was so upset and disgusted. Rang Sentiments and explained what happened and they were so awesome I had another beautiful bunch delivered personally on Mother’s Day to our home . The delivery really had nothing to do with them but they made one Mum extremely happy and thankful for there thoughtfulness and compassion.
