Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic service from Simply Blooming! My Partner and I ordered flowers and chocolates for his mum on Mother’s Day early afternoon, and they were delivered to her within just a couple of hours. Fantastic experience: Simply Blooming has been my go to florist for a while now and I honestly couldn't be happier with them. The convenience of their location is fantastic. I can always count on them when I need something last minute, and their deliveries have always been on time. The bouquets and flowers always look beautiful, and they stay fresh for ages. The staff are always helpful, never pushy, and they really seem to care about getting it right for you. Also their gift baskets have been really well received when I've given them out.

Fantastic experience: I found this flower shop via Google when looking around for some flowers for my partners birthday. It struck my interest as the photos show a fantastic variety of flowers and gifts available and I thought I could nip in and pick something up with no hassle. When I went in the staff were very warm and welcoming, I wasn't sure what I wanted exactly and they were more than happy to discuss through some options or that they could put something together they really couldn't do enough. Eventually I settled on having a bunch made, they wipped up a bouqet in minutes like it was something out of Harry Potter, I also bought a gift which they gift wrapped for me too. I bought these last week and they still look fabulous. Great staff, great service, great flowers, simply blooming fantastic ! I will definitely be back again.

Fantastic experience: Really happy! I ordered a bouquet for a grieving friend and didnt realise her coastal address was outside the normal delivery area. The florist called me with a solution and then reached out to her own family member to deliver for a small extra charge. Above and beyond service Thank you!

Positive experience: Beautiful arrangement but disappointed in the delivery service. I live overseas and wanted to surprise my mum for her birthday with a flower delivery, I selected a specific delivery time since I knew she had plans later in the morning to celebrate. When reading the website, I at least, interpreted it to mean that the delivery time I selected of 9:30am, fell outside of the hours 10am-4:30pm for the extra-extra delivery fee. It’s already $14 for local delivery, plus now an extra $25..? The delivery address was quite literally less than 5 minutes away, just didn’t want to trouble my dad with going out to pick everything up. It was also disappointing that no staff seemed to reach out prior to this to clarify? I paid and ordered on the 29th Jan, delivery for the 4th Feb, feels like enough time for someone to contact and rectify. Instead they were delivered closer to 11am after my dad called to see where they were as they needed to get going. Just grateful she loved the arrangement and gifts but service was underwhelming.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our delivery service. We do mention in the check out process that if you require a sprint delivery (a delivery at a certain time) to tick the box.

We did not make contact with you because we thought you understood our wording around delivery and you didn't tick the box. We will however be looking to perhaps re-word this paragraph to make sure there are no future misunderstandings.

Being a small business, we have certain times we carry out our deliveries, therefore, if we are to deliver outside of these times it requires staff to work longer hours to complete a sprint delivery.

We also put your delivery to the top of our list that day due to your father contacting us. We were able to deliver within 15 minutes of your father calling us without any additional fees being charged to you. Your father said that this was fine to deliver in the next 15, he seemed happy.

We also have a shipping policy which is also visible to every customer.

In future, if you need to chat to us about your delivery and specific requirements please contact us directly via phone, or due to being overseas it may be easier to email us at [email protected] or tick the sprint run box.

Fantastic experience: I've used Leisha's services for at least 5 years. They did the flowers for my wedding and for birthdays and anniversaries, etc. I have probably spent thousands on flowers from Simply Blooming and I'd continue to use them as my #1 florists in town.
