Negative experience: A group of us friends ordered the windchimes for our dear friends funeral and for the amount of money we paid, almost $160, we expected a much higher quality item. Instead, the windchimes look and sound cheap. We were actually quite embarrassed when we arrived to the funeral home and saw what they looked and sounded like. We have ordered flowers previously from this florist and was pleased. Just do not order the chimes.

I e-mailed them a photo of how I wanted my bouquet to look, and they were very responsive in sending a quote and answering any questions that I had. We had a meeting to go over everything about a month prior, and Katie went over everything with us. She was very detailed in asking what we wanted for the Bouquet and Boutonnières. Positive experience: One of the only shops in Indy with business hrs after 4pm and on weekends. They did a wonderful job with my order. I think a lighter ribbon could have been used but there was no place to edit the order. Was able to get 4 boutonnieres and 2 corsages in 24hrs. Surprised to see the boutonnieres had metal fasciners. That should be optional, in case there are cardiac patrons. But worked for me. Loved it!

Positive experience: Update first... Spoke with Steve and the price difference seems to be how everything is arranged and wrapped. I never specified that in the beginning, but going forward. At the end of the day I am happy with the arrangement and the smile on my wife's face is what matters. It seems to happen every other time. The arrangement is always consistently beautiful but the price fluctuates so much. I always get the exact same arrangement of carnations. Sometimes it's 20$ and sometimes it's double that. In January the same arrangement was 24.61 today it was 42.75. I may have to start going back to Jockish where the price is consistent.
