Negative experience: I originally contacted the Provo Flower Patch location to order a same-day bouquet delivery on June 4th. The staff there told us the cut-off time was 2:30 PM, which gave us time to look at other options before placing our order. However, when my son called back to finalize the order, he was redirected to the Murray location, where things took a turn for the worse. A woman named McKayla answered and was immediately dismissive. When my son asked about bouquet options, she told him to “just look online” and refused to provide any real help. Still trying to place the order well before the 2:30 PM cut-off time we were originally told, my son called again and was unfortunately connected with McKayla once more. He gave her all the necessary delivery details, but she told him the flowers wouldn't be delivered until the next day. When he explained we were still within the window for same-day delivery, she said “It’s tomorrow or nothing.” When he pointed out what the Provo staff had told him, she snapped, “They’re wrong,” and then hung up on him. I then called back myself and got McKayla again. She claimed the cut-off was 2:00 PM and again refused to assist in any way. Her tone was rude and unprofessional throughout both calls. This entire experience was frustrating, confusing, and completely unacceptable. Being bounced between locations, given conflicting information, and treated with such disregard by someone who is supposed to be helping customers has left a very negative impression. I expected more from Flower Patch. If this is how customer service is handled, especially by staff at the Murray location, we will not be returning.

The only thing I would say, is that for the cost of almost $80 it would have been a bit larger. But, with that only negative comment, I was pleased with everything else.

Negative experience: If I could give a 0 I would, had never gotten anything from this place before but for sure it was my first and last time, I paid $40.00 for a funeral arrangement and when I received the first photo it looked nothing like it, I had to called them twice the first time they fixed still looked horrible and I called back and was asked" well what do you want? how do you want it to look like?" I told make it look right and how it is advertised on your website. I had a horrible experience at this place and never never going back and if you do not want to be treated poorly and by a rude employee when you go in for a pick up please please do not complain or call them twice to fix it, because you will end up with a rude employee, please please shop around before you use this place. I was unable to upload the photos but please please do look for other options before going to this place.

Fantastic experience: I have used Flower Patch several times and the flowers never disappoint. They are very prompt at filling orders, and they've done several same day deliveries for me. Their prices also seem fairly competitive. I'm not sure if they participate in the FTD network. If they don't then good job for not selling your souls, and for keeping prices lower.
