Fantastic experience: I checked all the places around me for dark burgundy flowers of any type and couldn't find any. I finally looked up foxglove on google and called them immediately, the owner answered and didn't know if she had any because they had closed early that day but she said she'd drive back and double check for me and call me right back, we ended up showing up to the shop within minutes of each other and they had the EXACT flowers I was looking for! Miriam saved my wedding bouquet, the fact that she drove back and opened up speaks volumes and made such a big impact on me and my family. 10/10 recommend!! THANK YOU!

Fantastic experience: Foxglove is such a hidden gem! I’ve used them professionally for very large, executive events and tonight took a floral arranging class for fun with a friend. Miriam and Susie are such a joy to work with and Miriam made sure the class was fun and had awesome vibes. The class size was small enough that you could receive 1 on 1 help and direction, and it was fun to be in the shop after hours for a private event. I also can’t recommend Foxglove enough for events! Our Executive team was BLOWN AWAY by the large arrangements Miriam and her team did for us. Such creative, unique, beautiful work. They were so easy to work with start to finish, and came on site for delivery to make sure every arrangement was tweaked to perfection in the space. Love, love, love them!!

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful business. They helped me create the most beautiful sympathy flower easel. I called (from Canada) in a bit of a panic because i didn’t know if it was possible to have flowers delivered the same day for a visitation. The team was so kind, answered my questions, suggested they would ensure there was lots of pink to reflect the personality and favourite colour of our lost loved one. Then they were kind enough to send me a picture of the finished product. The Foxglove team were truly dependable during a stressful morning and I couldn’t be more grateful. Delivered seamlessly. They knew exactly what my vision was (even if I wasn’t sure) and after talking to other florists, they just didn’t compare! Foxglove was flexible, kind, and made my wedding flowers so beautiful. Fantastic experience: My aunt and uncle had some flowers delivered to my house for my birthday from foxglove and they got delivered to the wrong house and I also happened to be out of town. The manager Susie was SO KIND and helpful in trying to figure out what happened! And when we discovered that it wasn’t the right house they not only said they would make me a new one but that they would wait to deliver it until I got back to town. I can’t reiterate enough the kindness and incredible customer service at this shop! Plus the arrangements are incredible!

Negative experience: My flowers were dying the day they were delivered. They tried to hide the wilting flowers with wire and a ribbon. I was very disappointed. I will not recommend Foxglove for any flower needs.

Negative experience: I placed an online order for a medium sized artistic/unique, bright & cheery arrangement. I was disappointed & honestly embarrassed when I saw what was delivered. The arrangement had 1 stem of stock that looked wilted, 1 stem of delphinium, & a couple of carnations, there might have been other blooms but like I said I was embarrassed & couldn’t stand to even look at it really. It’s especially disappointing because they’ve done other arrangements for me in the past & even my wedding flowers & those were all stunning. If there was a supply issue due to Veterans Day being Monday & it being a last minute order I wish that would have been communicated to me, I would have rather found somewhere else to order from. I order from Foxglove expecting a certain standard & unfortunately this time they missed the mark. Trust them with your event florals but maybe not last minute deliveries.

Fantastic experience: Edited 2024 to add: still my favorite, go-to flower shop 2019: Beautiful, unique floral arrangements. Helpful tip: tell them how much you want to spend, and they’ll arrange something within that budget. They’re also really kind and accommodating and will switch flowers out til you get what you like! For one bouquet, we wanted more corals and reds than greenery and they did a beautiful job. The flowers always come beautifully wrapped in brown paper and a ribbon.

Fantastic experience: I have been ordering from Foxglove for years and every single time, they deliver (and I mean that literally and figuratively)! I order flowers often for my job and have had to use other vendors and no one ever matches Foxglove's floral arrangements and professionalism. My most recent order was for Mother's Day and the arrangement is perfection!! I will always use Foxglove!

The photos they post on Instagram of their bouquets are so so beautiful and have such variety but I got a very generic grocery store looking bouquet. It’s not ugly, but for $50, most of my bouquet was carnations and a few roses. Genuinely so sad. — Miriam reached out to me and wanted to send a second bouquet. She was so kind and thoughtful, the replacement bouquet they sent was beautiful.

Very flexible & knowledgeable as we built the proposal & not pushy at all. We had some issues with communication in the beginning, but after the consult, it all went great! On the day of the wedding we had some issues with the bridal bouquet, but Miriam went out of her way to rectify the situation. Negative experience: I bought a bouquet for a bridal photoshoot the next day. I was OBSESSED with foxglove after finding them on Instagram and wanted them for my wedding! Unfortunately my budget didnt allow for that- but I did want them for those bridal shots. Unfortunately by the next day they had wilted and had brown spots! I picked out some flowers and my photographer did her best. But I was really disappointed with how quickly that happened- less than 24 hours! I still love seeing the cute bouquets on insta but wish they would have lasted longer for spending almost $100

Fantastic experience: These guys are the real deal! I looked on line all day trying to find a flower place that I could afford some decent flowers for my girlfriend, each of the places had hidden fees and was honestly not classy whatsoever. I called and Ella gave me a price that was about half the competitor’s, I asked her to surprise me and what my gf would like. I got there and was flabbergasted how well Ella did, the flowers were gorgeous and low key saved my relationship. So God bless these folks, also the shop is super classy. Very well run business with excellent people and a perfect product/price 10/10 would recommend above any florist in town!

Miriam was so kind and understanding about the situation and returned a significant portion of the deposit back to me, although she was under no obligation to do so. I was so impressed by that (and absolutely devastated that I couldn’t use any of her beautiful designs) that I came to her again a few months ago for my actual wedding that happened a couple of weeks ago! Miriam has always been so warm, approachable, kind, and efficient to work with. She makes you feel like a friend not just a customer and is sincerely excited for you and your wedding. Miriam and her team are extremely good and quick at their job and will accommodate you in whatever you need. Last but not least, I loved my designs for the florals, from my bouquets to the garlands on the tables - they were exactly what I was hoping for!

Positive experience: Ordered flowers for my wife. Nothing special she was just having a bad day. Promised delivery by 3:00 pm. The florist is 10 minutes from her work. At 4:14 I received a text stating that there driver had been delayed, but their driver could deliver them and leave right now. I verified that my wife was still at work and told them no problem. At 5:00 I received a call saying they still weren't delivered. Worst customer service ever. Update. The owner Miriam reached out to me and sent the flowers at no cost. She did all that she could to make the situation right. Sadly some things can't be fixed and the flowers not showing up on the day they needed to was one. For her effort I upgraded from one to 3 stars and I will order from them again next time.
