Fantastic experience: Delivery for nothing special. Excellent all around! A+++ Will never deliver flowers to Knoxville with another florist!

Positive experience: Flowers were beautiful, of course. Everything was nice and smooth. Only thing that irked me was even upgrading the bouquet to the most premium package available... it didn't seem like a lot for the price. The bouquet was rather small. I, however, know nothing about flowers and just blindly upgraded without checking to see what the upgrade actually did. I expected larger for almost $100 so I rate this 4 Star only because my expectation was more money = bigger bouquet of the same type.

Negative experience: There service they Certainly drop their guard. I ask to fix me up two dozen red roses too busy couldn't do it. Roses didn't last. I want darken there door way again.

Negative experience: 1/31/26: I live out of state & recently discovered a dear friend was in a memory care facility in Knoxville. Petree's was the closest florist so I thought it would work out well. I don't really know how well it turned out, though. The ordering process was simple enough. During the check out process, however, an error message popped up saying "the selection wasn't available" (not a direct quote). The message then directed me to just click the next button. We paid - and received the e-mail confirmation - but the question lingered: did the order truly go through? Would the Sunny Flowers premium arrangement we selected be the actual bouquet delivered? As with all florists, there is a notice saying that substitutions may be needed. The delivery day came & went. Clearly, we did not expect our friend w/ dementia to call & say thanks, but we received no notice from Petree's that it was delivered. I called the memory care facility & was told the flowers were delivered. It would go above & beyond customer service if Petree's would follow in the steps of Amazon, and 1) send a confirmation of delivery, and 2) take a picture of the delivered item so that the purchaser knows they got what was paid for. Trust works both ways. We will never know what Petree's delivered, or if what was delivered was worth the $96 (sunflowers & vase) we ordered, or as close to as they could get at the time. For all we know, they could have delivered a $25 bouquet of daisies. We don't have occasion to send flowers, so I understand this experience could be normal. Yet I still feel improvements can be made.

Positive experience: I live out of state and wanted to send my family a well balanced arrangement of flowers for Christmas and decided on Thomas Kinkade's Singalong Bouquet because it had such a great balance of red and white. I chose the premium size because I wanted to bring the best visual effect for my Mother because she currently has Huntington's Disease which includes Dementia. I was disappointed when my Dad shared a picture with me, which didn't have the red carnations, red ornamental balls, and the white cushion spray chrysanthemum. With that much red gone I was visually stunned. I have used Petree's in the past and I've always been so delighted. I don't know what happened this year, especially at this special time of year, Christmas. On picture is from your website and the other thumbnail is what I received. Update: Petrees called me the next day and told me what happened. They truly care about customer satisfaction and made it right.

Positive experience: Ordered the teleflora’s morning deluxe for the wife. Was expecting the flower arrangement to look more like the picture. By this I mean that I was expecting all of the flowers and flower colors to be in the assortment but they weren’t! I’m unsure if all of their small boxes of chocolate are all caramel clusters but I will have to pass on these if I decide to order from them in the future. Nonetheless the wife still enjoyed the flowers.

Fantastic experience: In the turmoil of being unable to attend the funeral of my friend's mother, I forgot to "sign" my sympathy card. Petree's had my back. They called and we took care of it. The red roses were lovely and are still going strong after nearly a week. Very good job!

The florist called to let me know one of the shades of gladiolus wasn’t available, so she wanted to make sure a darker shade would be okay. Even though this was a difficult event Petree made this part easy.

Fantastic experience: Petree did a fantastic job! I asked for them to delivery flowers to someone in the local hospital. They had trouble locating the person and called Donna called me to brainstorm a solution (I live in Chicago). At one point, we were told patients couldn’t receive flowers at that specific unit of the hospital and Petree was willing to hold the order to deliver when she discharged home! Once I learned she actually could receive flowers, Petree immediately got on board and delivered the flowers that day. Donna was super patient, kind, and understanding! On top of great customer service, the flower arrangement was beautiful and she said they made her room smell wonderful- could smell them from across the room. Thank you for your help and making a hard hospital stay a little nicer for someone.

I asked that the flowers & chocolate be delivered to the hospital where she works, and they were delivered by 10am the following day, right on time. The bouquet was beautiful and my sister loved the addition of the russel stovers chocolate. Great, and simple/easy process online from start to finish with an excellent product! My best friend's grandmother passed away and I used Petree's Flowers to send a beautiful bouquet to the funeral home for the Receiving of Friends. The bouquet was gorgeous and exactly as pictured online. I live in FL, so ordering flowers online can be a gamble, but Petree's delivered five star service. Highly recommend this florist for your needs.

Positive experience: I order for my mother in an assisted living facility and they are not always the freshest of flowers. they seem to die fairly quickly. They did call today and are sending a replacement arrangement which is nice of them.
