Fantastic experience: I am so grateful I discovered one of West Knoxville's hidden gems! Browsing the shop's website, the pictures drew me in and the shop's story touched me. I love the fact that this is small, local business created by two women partnering in a shared love of all things flowers. Lovely store full of equally lovely flowers and creative gifts...bonus that one of their satellite shops sells coffee Savannah & Jordan took my online order idea for my sister's birthday gift and turned it into a stunning colorful arrangement, complete with a hand-written card and some special birthday sweets. Thanks for making my big sis smile, laugh, and feel the love on her birthday! Highly, highly recommend this local, small business.

Fantastic experience: Always a little scary to order flowers out of town, but not with Flourish Flowers! They were in constant contact and accommodated our order with a delay because of weather. I also appreciated that they didn’t the traditional spray for funerals but a beautiful arrangementment that our family will actually take home & enjoy. Great job y’all! We will be back!

Positive experience: Someone I know is going through a hard time so I ordered her flowers for delivery. I ordered the largest January bouquet, which appeared to be a beautiful mix of light/pastel flowers; colors she likes. The recipient sent me a photo of what they actually received— primarily “hot” colors— pink, blue, and orange. I thought the arrangement would include a few apricot roses, for example— not hot orange. The advertised arrangement was elegant and understated, but what was delivered was harsh/tacky colors with a hodge-podge composition, especially for the $100+ price tag. I understand substitutions, but this is very different from what was advertised. I am deeply embarrassed and won’t be ordering from them again. 3 stars because they do appear to be fresh.

Fantastic experience: Flourish Flowers did an amazing job with our wedding. They were the only company we contacted that even tried to stay close to our budget. They suggested beautiful flowers and made adjustments many times to our requests. The chuppah piece they designed on site was absolutely gorgeous. My wife's father died shortly before the wedding and they were able to add a beautiful memorial arrangement and boutonniere on his photo. We got many compliments on the flowers. The flowers themselves seemed of great quality and everything came out better than we ever imagined.

Positive experience: This review is for their brick and mortar location on Broadway. This shop has such a great concept—you choose your stems and they’ll either wrap them up or arrange them in a container. I love supporting small businesses and was excited to try it out. I spent $100 ($75 in flowers and $25 for the vase). Unfortunately, the arrangement I received was subpar. It was very flat and two-dimensional, when any professional florist would provide a balanced 360-degree design. Several stems were cut far too short for the size of the container, which left the piece looking empty and uneven. To make sure my friend received something nice for her birthday, I actually rearranged the same flowers in the same container before dropping it off. The difference speaks for itself (see photos). The quality of the flowers were fine—it was the execution that was lacking. Transport was also a concern. Initially there wasn’t a plan beyond handing me the vase to carry in my arms, which doesn’t work if you’re by yourself. The staff member was very kind and helped me figure out a solution, but it felt like something that should have been thought through ahead of time. I’ve been professionally trained in floral design, so perhaps I’m more critical than most—but at $100, I expected a higher level. The concept is wonderful and the staff was helpful, but the design quality and total execution needs improvement. Just have them wrapped as a bouquet to go.

Fantastic experience: I am an out of town florist that needed sympathy flowers sent to a family member, I chose Flourish Flowers because of the great online reputation and their beautiful selection of flowers to choose from. I am so glad I did! The lady that helped me on the phone was very warm and helpful. Fantastic experience: Beautiful! I attended a wedding shower there on a Sunday (when they are closed). It was the perfect spot for a shower, 3 or 4 separate rooms, ea ch large enough for setting up and displaying refreshments. Small room for children with books and toys. Lovely experience. I called and Savanna took the time to list the flowers she thought I was wanting I looked them all up and she was spot on!!! I called 3 other flower shops and they either didn't deliver in the area , have time to look in the cooler to see if they had what I was wanting or I had to leave a name and number and someone would get with me at a later time. Positive experience: Ordered Coral Charm Peony Bouquet for my wife and they didn't last long (less than three days). Paid $138 for a large bouquet that did not come with a vase which was about $30 more. I understand fresh cut flowers do not last long but less than 3 days they were not worth the money. Make sure you ask questions before ordering.

I just had the best experience putting together a custom bouquet at their new studio space in rocky hill, and I am seriously blown away by the customer service, product, prices, and overall experience. From beginning to end Jordan was kind, attentive, and professional. Positive experience: Flourish would have a five star review for pricing and the quality of flowers. I will say, they need to work on their customer service platform. I did get frustrated being forced to email only. I kept having to email back and forth with numbers and order information being wrong and the spelling of my name which never really got corrected, but I'm used to that:) When I asked to call and talk to someone I was told to schedule a conference call. When I asked to schedule one, I was told it was too busy of a season. Needless to say, I would have appreciated a little more communication as a paying customer. This would make sense if I had not paid the deposit yet. But the fact that they have DIY kits, their pricing is better than most other florists as we needed budget friendly. Just know they have a $400 minimum. I felt that because I wasn't a $2000 "all in" bride, I wasn't treated with as much fervor as someone that might have been spending more money, but that could have just been my perception.

Fantastic experience: The Flourish florist team makes really BEAUTIFUL bouquets! I have gotten a few from here and I have always really enjoyed them! They also last for about 4 weeks or longer with regular water changes!

Fantastic experience: The most beautiful flowers!!! Flourish is always my go to for flowers, I know I’m getting fresh, beautiful flowers that are grown locally. The arrangements are stunning and full. miss them at the Oak Ridge Farmers Market and wish they delivered to Oak Ridge, but they’re worth driving to get!
