Fantastic experience: My husband sent me flowers for my birthday. There was a delay and got to today (give direction to the delivery place if its in a weird, odd place or there is construction going on) They are beautiful, I am told (Not a work today). The last ones my husband got from them lasted nearly two weeks, so a day won't hurt. My co-workers are saying they are filling up the office with a very nice fragrance. Not to strong like air fresher, like fresh flowers, which they are. Edit: OMG!! THESE FLOWERS ARE SO FREAKING BEAUTIFUL. The blooms go all the way around and my house smells wonderful. See the pictures the first is the front and the second is the back. Totally exquisite.

He has flowers delivered from you all every Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day and they never disappoint! However, the owner personally reached out, had flowers delivered, and took the time to call and apologize. The care, professionalism, and genuine effort to exceed expectations meant a lot to me. Fantastic experience: Tobler flower shop is amazing!! I can only speak on my experience. I ordered Anniversary flowers for my wife on 12/12 and they were delivered on time. However, some of the flowers were wilted from the cold. I contacted Tobler's and sent pictures and email asking about flower arrangement and my concerns. Ezra, was absolutely terrific, she apologized for the arrangement and scheduled a new arrangement for today's delivery. My wife sent pictures of their arrival and said their absolutely gorgeous! I will use Tobler's moving forward, for they rectified an issue and stand behind their values. Thank you Tobler!

Fantastic experience: In the past month, I've ordered from Toblers Flowers 4 times - a funeral, a just-because, and two birthday arrangements. The 3 arrangements that I had delivered locally (from Tobler florists) were gorgeous (one is attached). The arrangement that I had delivered to CO was not as gorgeous so I reached out to Tobler. Ezra responded more quickly than I expected, explained the process, and had already reached out to the florist in CO regarding the arrangement. Even though it wasn't the arrangement I was expecting, the CO recipient was thrilled with it. I will continue to order from Tobler for local and for nationwide deliveries. Fantastic experience: Ordered flowers out of state for my elderly aunt's birthday. Ordered deluxe summer breeze. Flowers were delivered on 8/6 completely almost dry. She added water and sent me photo. Not great. Didn't have any peach roses- primarily yellow. Stems cut so short, they barely touch water. Grr... ok, not great but it's ok.. sent me photo today (48 hrs) and 1/2 the arrangement is now on the table. Looks horrible. Left message, and will call tomorrow. Not happy. Ezra responded, with excellent customer service will redeliver tomorrow. Will update ... replacement delivered this morning. Absolutely gorgeous! Revising my review to 5stars for excellent customer service. Will recommend a company like Toblers for their awesome customer service.

It meant a lot for [organization] to honor his legacy. Quick story, [ deceased ] loved red roses. The arrangement we received was white and it was beautiful!! When it arrived, there was one single red rose petal that likely came from another arrangement. We knew that was nothing but [ deceased ] telling us he was in the midst. Fantastic experience: 2nd update - I’ve added new photos of the 2 (replacement) bouquet that I received today! They are gorgeous and hearty. Im very pleased. ** Update** I was immediately contacted by the owner and he left me a vm. My husband called him and made arrangements for a new boutique to be delivered. My husband said he was very nice! Great customer service! I received beautiful long stem red roses delivered to me on Thursday, 2/13. I used to work in a flower shop. It’s A LOT of work! I could tell the designer was rushed by the way the leaves were not pruned off the roses. The dusty miller should not have been sold. On arrival it was completely limp and ‘dead’ . No biggie, I was going to change the water on Saturday and ‘fix’ it. On Friday, the petals started falling off the roses. I threw one away b/c all that was left was the stem. On Saturday all the heads of the roses were drooping and more petals were falling. On I couldn’t change the water (which was filthy) because ALL the flowers would have fell apart. The photos added were taken on Sunday 2/16. I don’t know how much my husband spent on these. But I know it was way too much for what I received. Flowers from professional florist should last at least 7 days, if properly cared for. These lasted a day at best.

Fantastic experience: Shout out to Tolber’s! Ordered Equidorian roses that were beautiful when delivered, but sadly they wilted and drooped in less than 2 days. Called to see if this was normal and they said no. They replaced the arrangement with a gorgeous new one with mixed flowers. Excellent customer service!

Fantastic experience: I had multiple orders/deliveries for Valentines Day. One had an issue getting delivered. Due to Roses then being out, They upgraded my order on this particular delivery and I must say, the arrangement was gorgeous. My wife, even though she loves Tobler's long stem roses, had her breath taken away on their beauty. Also, Tobler's sent a box of chocolates for good measure. Have been a customer of Tobler's for a while. This was the first and only incident of any kind and Tobler's knocked it out of the park with customer service making it right. Always beautiful regardless of occasion, I will always exclusively recommend Tobler's.

Fantastic experience: These guys are simply amazing. I am in Charleston, South Carolina and I ordered some flowers for the wife of my best friend from law school as she was recovering from a surgery. I mistakenly gave them a home address which must’ve been outdated for about 10 years. They got to the home address and no one was there and they were unable to reach me so they left the flowers there. Eventually, they spoke with my friend and learned that his wife and he lived on the other side of Kansas City now. They very easily could have taken the position that they had done the job they were paid for since they delivered the flowers to the address I gave them. Instead, they got a second order delivered to the right address the next day. That type of service is rarely encountered today and on top of it, my friend sent me a picture of the flowers and they were simply beautiful! I highly recommend this terrific company.

Positive experience: I have been using Toblers Flowers since February of this year I like them I like their arrangements. The people who receive their flowers love their arrangements and vases get several compliments. I tell other people about them because they have been great until today. I have a $25 rewards with them and I wanted to place a pickup order usually all my orders are delivery but I was going to pick this one up today November 29th. I was trying to place the order online for pickup and it wasn't working. November 25th after 5:30pm I called and asked can I do a pickup order a guy answered said yes. I explained I was having trouble he told me where to click on the screen and if I continue to have trouble call back to get help. I thanked him. This morning I was trying to place the order on two different devices and browsers and it kept going to delivery or just not moving at all. I called to place my order the assistant manager answered said she was new and give her time sure no problem. We go through it and I let her know I have a $25 reward I want to use. She says those are online only we can't do them but let me get someone to help you. A lady took the order and she let me know that they usually don't do rewards over the phone because everyone doesn't know what how to do them but she will do it for me. I thanked her. I was trying to explain the issue I was having. She wouldn't let me speak everytime I tried to talk she would cut me off and over speak me. She kept saying "she believes me" and that they don't do rewards over the phone. Finally I asked her to stop interrupting me and stated it's not about being believed I want to show you what it looks like on my phone because maybe I'm doing something wrong you could help me so I can place the order online for pickup next time. She replied I won't be here when you come and the receipt will be sent to your email and hung up. I called back asked to speak to the manager The assistant manager answered the phone I asked to speak to her supervisor she put the operations manager on I explained what happened. I also explained I have been a social worker for 20 years I am a licensed social worker I work with several demographics of people I know something about customer service. The person who took my order lacked customer service and active listening skills I explained why. I just wanted to see if someone could let me know if I am doing something wrong when I come in. The operations manager said "she was probably busy it's only one person here." That's all operations manager kept saying. I explained as a consumer it doesn't matter how busy you are. But I understand therefore I am patient with those providing services but that doesn't excuse poor customer service. If the person is having a bad day either don't come to work or pass the call to someone else. But the problem with the operations manager she didn't offer an apology until I pointed out that she offered several excuses or explanations but has yet to apologize. That should have been the first thing she stated before providing these excuses/explanations. Then operations manager said well yes of course we apologize and she was probably busy. At this point I don't know if I want to cancel my order or not. Poor customer service all around. Operations manager asked did I want to stay with the order or cancel it. I said I will keep it but this most likely will be my last one. But hey I get it losing one customer will not break them. Again poor customer service with a back handed apology. If the lady would have allowed me to speak she could have got off the phone quicker instead of trying to over speak me thinking that she knew what I was trying to say. Update: Spoke with the owner last week, he apologized and is willing to make it right.

Fantastic experience: The arrangement I received was picture perfect. Seriously the most perfect flowers ever. I could stop looking at them. They lasted a long time. I also appreciate the text notification when they were delivered. I highly recommend this florist!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t thank Toblers Flowers enough! I ordered an arrangement for my mom for her birthday that were delivered, but unfortunately never made it to my mom. I called back and the lady I spoke with was so gracious and had another arrangement made and delivered straight to my mom. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Such wonderful customer service ❤️

Fantastic experience: I ordered a sympathy bouquet and was worried it wouldn't show up looking like the picture - found out I had no worries!!!!
