Fantastic experience: Called around 11:08EST the morning of my aunt’s 96th birthday on 4/13/26 and my flowers were delivered to Raytown by 12:15EST! The time of the delivery was incredibly fast and my aunt loved the flowers. The staff person who assisted me on the phone was very patient, courteous and professional. Will definitely use their services again in the future and I highly recommend them to others. Thanks again!

Everyone at the wedding was talking about how beautiful the flowers were. I asked them to put a brooch for each bridesmaid in their bouquets and they did that perfectly, hiding them as little treasures inside the flowers. I was blown away and cannot recommend them enough.

Michael took care of this potential snafu personally. The person that answered when I called immediately got Michael on the phone when I described the issue.
