Right address however the person wasn’t home. Furthermore I guess u think it’s ok to bang on a door? You don’t seem to understand the issue. When someone doesn’t answer that means leave the package and leave the property. Doesn’t mean continue to pound on the door and ring the doorbell then sit outside the home for 20 minutes.

Colleen assisted me in putting in my order and made some great suggestions for my pick. I ended up picking an all white spray which included white lilies, white roses, white carnations, white baby's breast, and other greenery. Positive experience: The flowers weren’t delivered until almost 6pm. I work from home so I was waiting all day to receive them, I waited around until the last possible minute to leave for my second job and they still hadn’t arrived. Finally I went ahead and left for work. The delivery guy rings on my door bell and I answer on my phone to tell him I’m no longer at home. Thankfully he was nice and walked the arrangement around to my backyard so it wouldn’t get stolen. The arrangement is nice, but it wasn’t what my partner ordered. 2/5 stars Update: They processed a refund and said they’d send me out something pretty with hydrangeas (since they are my favorite). I really appreciate that they took a bad review seriously and instead of being mad, they just wanted to make things right! 4/5 stars
