Fantastic experience: There is a designer name Terry there he is the best I came at him out the blue with a picture and a vision of what I wanted in my baby girlfriend corsage and he definitely came through and made it happen in a timely fashion...Thanks alot once againhad my baby and his date looking good

Negative experience: My fiance and family and I went to Tipton and Hurst for wedding flowers and to just talk about pricing and see what they had and to look around. The people at the counter were very snooty and acted like they were better than us and that we were not really worth their time . When I asked politely if we could speak to someone about wedding flowers, they just rudely said “do you have an appointment” and blew us off basically and just gave us a card and number to call. They did not help us at all. No where on the site did it say to have an appointment. While my family has used them previously for flowers, which were nice, I was really disappointed in the service and the lack of kindness and the snooty attitudes of their employees. I was really excited to work with them and they just lost a customer.
