Fantastic experience: I got married 5/3/25 and went through a couple of other florist pages before booking A Garden Floral. Due to the positive reviews I went ahead and chose them as my florist for my wedding day and I have no regrets. Chenell was absolutely AMAZING!! I had so many edits to my wedding day flowers before even deciding on what I really wanted and Chenell was so accommodating and patient with me through all the emails. Right from the start, she even gave suggestions on which flowers would wilt easily or which ones are more pricey. I only have positive things to say about this florist service. I wish I finally had my wedding photos from my photographer so I can share their work. My centerpieces and all the bouquets I ordered were exactly as I wanted them to be. I definitely recommend and their prices very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience from purchasing to customer service to fulfillment. They were able to take a Mother's Day order a couple days before the holiday and get it delivered on time. Our delivery was sitting out in the sun too long and the hydrangea unfortunately died, but Garden Floral (Chenell on their team) replaced it the day of my email for no additional cost. I recommend these beautiful arrangements and you know they will be quick and helpful if anything goes wrong. 100% will choose one of their beautiful arrangements again!

Negative experience: If I could give them a 0 star review I would. Ordered a birthday bouquet and got a Mother’s Day one. I will never order from here again. Can we send you a birthday balloon to make it right they asked, moments gone. I spent way to much money for this particular disappointment. Never again.

Negative experience: Brides, think twice before trusting this florist with your bouquet. I emailed and spoke with the owner about what I wanted for my bouquet. Some of the flowers I requested were either out of season or not ideal for bouquets, which I understand. However, when I shared my favorite flowers, I was told they were possible to include. Later, when I asked for specific flowers, I was told they were "cheap" or lower-class flowers that they typically don’t use or carry. I made it clear that I still wanted them included regardless of her opinion, and she agreed. But when I picked up my bouquet, none of the things I had asked for were included. None of my favorite flowers were there, and despite explicitly saying no pink, there was pink. The bouquet was supposed to be ready for a 9 AM pickup, but it wasn’t. I even arrived 30 minutes after the agreed time, and it was still being made—my toss bouquet wasn’t even started. Because of the lost time waiting for them I didn't have time to wait around on them anymore nor did I really trust them to do right since they didn't on the first try. During the wedding, one flower variety started losing its petals just 10 minutes after being out of water, and another was completely wilted within 30 minutes. Not only did they ignore my requests, but they also chose flowers that clearly couldn’t withstand the demands of a wedding day. A bouquet will be out of water, in photos, and moved around—this should have been considered. After expressing my concerns, the shop made barely any effort to make things right. I was left with a bouquet that wasn’t what I wanted and looked wilted & rough in all my wedding photos, which will last longer than the sad bouquet I paid a good amount on.

Fantastic experience: I ordered the first one that caught my attention on their site. It was arranged beautifully and delivered nicely. They were able to deliver it on the specified time I indicated on the notes. Though, the pop-up card I ordered wasn't the one delivered, but they sent a card with the same greeting.
