First, I’m glad we were able to immediately replace the roses and calla lilies when you came in. Valentine’s Day is an extremely high-volume holiday, but that’s never an excuse for quality concerns, and I’m happy we were able to make that right on the spot.

Regarding the presentation, you’re absolutely right that the arrangement looks different in a vase versus the hand-tied bouquet style shown in the main photo. We do note on our website that the vase arrangement will have a different look and feel than the bouquet-style presentation, but I completely understand how that difference can feel more significant in person. That feedback is important, and we take it seriously.

Our goal is never to mislead, and we’ll continue working on making those distinctions even clearer so expectations always match what’s delivered.

I would like to clarify a few important details regarding your order (#21219). It appears that you may have started the checkout process online with the intention of having your order delivered. However, as we had already reached full delivery capacity for Mother’s Day weekend, the delivery option was blocked for that date — and the order may have been unintentionally completed by you as a pickup. Your receipt also reflected the pickup status, and no delivery fee was charged.

We understand that when your girlfriend called on Mother’s Day, you wanted to change the order to a delivery. Unfortunately, because we were fully booked and the order had been processed as a pickup, we were unable to accommodate that request.

Regarding the missing chocolate box — this was an oversight on our part and should not have happened. Once you reached out to us, we promptly provided the chocolate box along with an additional free gift as compensation.

We truly value our customers and their experiences and sincerely appreciate you bringing this concern to our attention. Feedback such as yours helps us grow and improve our products and service.
