Fantastic experience: Ordered here for my daughter’s birthday. I was not disappointed. DEFINITELY got my moneys worth. You never know what your going to get when your in another state ordering over the phone, but they will continue to get my business. Highly recommend !

Negative experience: Updated Review after reading owner's response: Is that really your response...insulting my wife?!?!? For your understanding, we have been happily married for 36 years...yes happily. The only thing she was unhappy about was your flower arrangement. Your response is absolutely unbelievable. Your insinuations are slanderous and reveal a great deal about your character. I ask everyone to look at the pictures posted and then read what the owner of this company said about my wife and ask yourself if you want to do business with someone like this. His facebook page is covered with quotes about kindness and being thoughtful. I guess that goes for everyone except customers who legitimately have an issue with his quality...just look at the pictures...would anyone be happy with that? Monday when delivered everything looked fine. By Monday evening the flowers started to wilt. Tuesday there was nothing to salvage. Our Valentines order was over bloomed and a rose was wired together. The owner assured us that they don’t wire flowers. Mondays flowers had two orchid blooms wired to florist picks. My husband spent 400.00 for an arrangement that lasted five hours. 80.00 an hour. We obviously won’t be using them again and the owner doesn’t need to contact us.

Fantastic experience: Best flower delivery in town! I've tried other flower services online, and they all arrive in a box (you have to assemble the bouquet yourself). Bloom and Petal hand delivers the flowers in a vase wherever you want. Great service, amazing bouquets!

Fantastic experience: I’m In Atlanta and needed some flowers sent to a funeral home in Pelham Alabama, so I did a search on Google. I liked Bloom and Petal reviews and their pictures. Having worked a little bit in the floor industry before I was a little specific about the colors that I wanted, and what I wanted it to look like. The owner Vince told me He would have the deliverer take a picture of the arrangement and send it to me when he delivered it to the Funeral home. Will let me tell you, Bloom and Petal knocked it out of the park! The flowers were gorgeous and perfect. On top of that, they are super kind people. It’s so nice to do business with good people that go above and beyond.

Positive experience: Although I understand that flowers will not always look exactly like the pictures on the website, I was quite surprised that the flowers delivered were much smaller and unrecognizable, compared to picture of what I ordered and paid for. At least the person that received them liked them. I also appreciate the fact that they were delivered earlier in the day not at the end of the day .
