Fantastic experience: The Downtown Birmingham location had excellent customer service! The flowers and wine were amazing!
Negative experience: I received several messages from friends and family that their flower orders for my mom’s funeral was canceled never full filled due to these folks not having a driver that could deliver to a local funeral home that’s even 10miles away. This not only happened once but at least 5 people contacted me about their order being cancelled at the last minute. The fact that my mom couldn’t even receive flowers from her friends at her home going service was unprofessional and disheartening. I would never recommend these folks and would give them zero stars if I could!

First off, I’m sorry for the loss of your mother. Losing a parent is very hard, and flowers bring indescribable joy when celebrating the life of a lost loved one.
That said, I believe you’ve got us confused with an online order gatherer. We fulfilled over 1,800 orders from customers this week during the Valentine’s Day holiday, and would NEVER cancel an order due to not having a driver available. This is a regular tactic of online floral companies (Flowershopping.com, fromyouflowers.com, 1800flowers, FTD, Teleflora, Bloomnet) that pretend to be local florists, including using our name in their Google ad listings to trick customers, especially during busy holiday weeks.
