Fantastic experience: We live out of town in another state and needed a florist to create a floral arrangement for a loved one who had passed. I googled within the zip code of the funeral home and came upon Nana's Flower Shop. I called and with Valentine's Day just a few days after we needed the arrangement sent, they were extremely helpful and willing to make time to serve our needs. The florist representative on the phone was very polite, helpful and patient with me regarding giving me time to look at sample photos to decide what we would like to have created and sent. All I can tell you is I cried and was extremely pleased with what was created and presented for our sweet Lucy. I want to thank Nana's Flower Shop for going above and beyond for our needs during one of the busiest times of the year for florist! I truly believe, if they can do this for a possible one time buyer, they will definitely be doing it for repeat and local florist shoppers. I highly highly highly recommend Nana's Flower Shop!

I was allowed to pick what kind of arrangements I wanted, make changes, find something in their book and substitute one flower with another. They were just very patient and accommodating. Also, they had such a huge variety of other things to choose from in their shop. Different angels, statues, plaques, things that can be used as a remembrance for my mom and to gift to other people in the family. I highly recommend them for your next arrangement needed no matter the occasion they are friendly, courteous, fast, and they do impeccable work. Fantastic experience: I don’t live near there so I had to count on this person to order and deliver flowers to a funeral and the wake. The flowers were beautiful, also the owner helped me coordinate with the times for the delivery at the funeral wake service and explained to me how the local church and funeral services handle flowers. She delivered early before the service so the flowers could get arranged before people arrived. Great customer service!

The staff provided a beautiful casket spray with small cumquats and small pumpkins for color. I added monarch butterflies for additional color accents and it was beautiful. The staff was easy to work with and provided exactly what I requested on time for the rosary. Great job!

Positive experience: They are nice. They know how to arrange flowers. They don't listen to you my other half told them 6 carnations and some different color baby breath. Well they did 6 carnations n 6 white roses with white baby breath. Nice real nice arrangements but didn't tell use how much it would be n just did it. More than what we wanted to pay but it when we saw it. We said that's ok. We love it.

We wanted to send our grandmama some flowers (she has been dealing with some health issues) and with us living in the east coast, we didn’t know how it was going to go ordering from a local shop. Every time we have ordered from big online flower companies, they have always turned out mediocre. But Nana’s did NOT disappoint! Not only were we able to quickly make our order online, we got same day delivery as well. Their customer goes above and beyond by texting you, letting you know when the flowers are being delivered, and when they got dropped off. Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO WITH THIS FLORIST. We ordered a bouquet of a dozen roses for my mother's birthday.. the cost was $112.00. We got a photo of what was delivered and a teenager could get some flowers from a grocery store and put together a nicer bouquet than what we got. VERY basic, no bow, it just looks blah. We called and complained and were rudely told they could "pick up the boquet" and give us a refund. What kind of resolution is that?! To go and take the flowers off her desk on her birthday?! Ridiculous. They should have offered a partial refund for the lackluster bouquet. Terrible business. I recommend you all take your business elsewhere.
