Negative experience: Would give zero stars if possible. I ordered flowers from Elegant Flowers on March 15th for my cousins funeral at Fresno Memorial. I spoke to the owner Celine's daughter from 12:40- 1:20 and ordered item E12 (see photos below). What I received was completely different. No red roses, no posies (not really sure what the flower is but you can see for yourself). I never received an invoice because Elegant Flowers was closed due to COVID. I ask to have the banners on the left and right side of the tripod easel. Instead, Elegant Flowers put the white banners across white flowers. It wasn't even legible. I called back 30 minutes after the funeral. I spoke to Elegant Flowers and the same lady that spent 40 minutes taking my order said it was miscommunication. I spent the next 2 weeks calling Elegant Flowers twice and emailing both pictures twice. Then I mailed the pictures to Elegant Flowers tooI! I ask for a small refund for the $300 funeral spray. Never heard back. Elegant Flowers told my bank I needed to bring the flowers back to get a partial refund and they have closed due to COVID and only taking phone orders. What?? ELEGANT FLOWERS needs to accept their unprofessional miscommunication and giving me a much cheaper bouquet. I could not get the pics to load. SEE YELP REVIEWS COULD NOT UPLOAD PICTURES...The company has been deleting my posts. Elegant flowers is deleting all my photos or my negative comments Other people have pictures but mine have not. Also my history has been deleted after April. Update: **** loaded pictures. My text underneath is missing. The red arrangement is what I ordered. The white arrangement is what I received. Even sent certified letter no response.

Negative experience: I have drastically downgraded my rating of this florist, due to the fact that the responsible party within this establishment horribly failed to include a bouquet of balloons (paid, albeit) to a plant of orchids that were to be for a very important human being for her birthday. Shame on this business to not include such a traditional addition to a special gift on their day of days!

Negative experience: Called numerous times no answer, got off of work a little earlier to stop at the shop because online says you can shop in store, showed up and sign said they are not open inside, to call or order online. I called while I was waiting outside no answer. Ordered flowers in the past from this shop because it’s conveniently located in my neighborhood and flowers were really nice. Just disappointed that I had to go out of my way and still not able to place an order for flowers.

Fantastic experience: These people are great! I placed my order online and they called me to let me know they no longer had the vase shown on their website. He detailed what vase would be used and asked, prior to using it, if I approved. I did. I then asked if they had the blue bear shown in the picture. He actually put me on hold to check, and they had it. He added it to my order and it was delivered same day. They are professional and kind. The recipient was thrilled with what came. :)
