Was looking for an arrangement for my wife for our 7 year anniversary. I always get them from 800 flowers or another online shop and they always disappoint. I wanted to find someone local and found FRESH FLOWER SHOP (Kenia flowers) I’m amazed at the quality of the flowers and the arrangement was identical to the one on the website. We all know we pick something online and when we get them they look nothing like the picture. They came and delivered to my home on time like that’s said they would . Can’t say enough good things about this flower shop . Will continue to support them when ever needed.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t request any specific service since I went a Saturday and the florist wasn’t there but I bought a flowers bouquets and the roses were really nice. I did saw someone’s request and it was beautiful. I love it so I know now that if I need it next time I can go there. Of course you have to give them time and prepare ahead

Negative experience: The roses arrived wilted, damaged, and nothing like what was advertised. For the price I paid, I expected fresh, beautiful flowers, but instead, I got something that looked like it had been sitting for days. To make matters worse, the shop has completely ignored my attempts to contact them about this issue. Poor quality and terrible customer service—definitely not worth your money. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.

Negative experience: Omg, the most rude customer service on Earth, and I've met some rude people in my life, but next to the word rude in the dictionary, you find the face of the person who answered the phone today so abrasively tell me that if I want flowers I better come pick them up. It's Miami though, I'd be more surprised if people were nice and courteous . Plus it's Hialeah so the rude definitely comes with the territory. Wow! I'm just.... Wowwwwwwwwwwww smh. Fantastic experience: I live in Wisconsin and needed a floral arrangement for a funeral in Miami. I needed an arrangement delivered on the same day I ordered. After placing the order, Don Jorge called me because he did not have some of the flowers the arrangement called for. He offered a beautiful substitute, sent me multiple pictures, asked questions to make sure the arrangement was customized to my liking, he even texted me to say the arrangement was delivered and sent me a picture of proof of delivery. The funeral was held via Zoom and I was so touched to see the gorgeous arrangement was even bigger and more beautiful than the pictures he sent me. The attention to detail and to client satisfaction is outstanding. Gracias Don Jorge!! I will always come back to you for my floral needs in Miami! God's blessing!

They sent me photos I chose one and he text me within minutes that they are on there way. My fam sent me a photo of my grandmother with the flowers. I highly recommend them. The quality is excellent the customer service is excellent I would definitely give more than 5 stars.
