Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this business. After having a problem with an FTD order, Kellie said she would resend an arrangement that we ordered for a birthday. Today it was sent & it was stunning!!! Absolutely beautiful. Kellie went above & beyond to make it right. That's the best customer service!!! I will be doing business with them for all future needs. I can't thank her enough for all she did.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Nice people, good service, good delivery people, gorgeous flowers and arranging. Nice vases. And they want to do right by people. My mom got flowers. At Valentine season all florists are busy busy so a bouquet can be other than expected and just not giving the "yay joy" experience. BUT the Flower Basket was GREAT they followed up and replaced ours with something that looked great and fresh and worth the price and effort and gives tremendous joy, simply gorgeous. Things happen, but when they go the extra mile and listen and care, that is five stars. Conscientious and friendly delivery person, beautiful flowers arranged gorgeously, kind people on the phone. Flowers matter. Get them from this local gem florist, ask them for exactly what you want to buy. Xo

Fantastic experience: 10 out of 10 highly recommend! The delivery driver called me to make sure I was home. I wasn't but we set up a time when I would be. He drove through a snow storm to make sure I got my flowers on my birthday! They are such a beautiful flower arrangement.

Negative experience: My mother ordered flowers for my birthday, which happened to land during some of the coldest weather we’ve had this year. They delivered the flowers while no one was home, so the flowers were outside in the cold…the first line in the care instructions say to keep them out of extreme hot and cold. The flowers were dead when we got home….and the vase was cracked all the way around so the bottom fell off.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful flowers sent by Chewy upon the passing of my sweet Senior Shih tzu. They were delivered last week and are still fresh almost a week later! Highly recommend!!!

Negative experience: The note was poorly written by someone who’s first language was not English. Little bit of common sense could have helped. Would have been nice if there was better communication by the store. Kinda ruined the whole thing as the receiver was grieving a loss. Flowers were good.

Negative experience: I’m very disappointed with this order. The flowers that were delivered looked completely different from what I chose online, not what I expected. The card and chocolates that were supposed to come with the order were also missing. This was especially upsetting because the order was for my friend, and I wanted it to be a nice surprise for her. Instead, she received something that did not match the description at all. For the price I paid, this experience was not acceptable. I hope the company improves accuracy and service.

Negative experience: I received flowers from DBG Flowers on 9.19.25. The roses were all wilted & dried out at the edges & the white flowers were also wilted. I contacted the company & spoke to Monica & sent pictures & have yet to hear from them. To say I am disappointed in the florist is an understatement. As I was talking to Monica there was so much noise in the background(her coworkers she said) that it was difficult to hear her & instead of moving to a quieter location she kept talking. I would never recommend the florist.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend THE FLOWER BASKET in Aurora. Their customer satisfaction policy is remarkable! When I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday, a Call Center took my order. The Call Center did NOT relay my order properly & as a result, my sister did not receive the flower arrangement I requested. I am not going to get into the particulars, but Kolleen from THE FLOWER BASKET immediately contacted me by phone. Even though the error was not the flower shop's fault, Kolleen created a new arrangement & had it delivered to my sister. It was exactly what I requested. The arrangement was beautiful & the flowers were very fresh. Mistakes happen, & THIS flower shop rectified the problem even though it was not their fault! I will DEFINITELY order flowers through them again because I know that customer satisfaction is their number one priority!
