I took over sending my sister an arrangement, specific to our mom’s wishes when she took ill. I have continued that tradition as a tribute to our late mom ever since. The arrangement itself was absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully put together with fresh, vibrant flowers that really stood out. On top of that, I had special instructions that required the flowers to be delivered at a specific time along with a separate gift. Most shops would’ve told me that wasn’t possible—but Lou and his team not only handled it with ease, they made the whole experience better. Lou personally guided me on how to make the gift more meaningful, and his advice made a huge difference. I don’t usually write reviews, but service this exceptional deserves the highest praise. I paid for the upgraded bouquet arrangement, but due to a mistake in processing my order they sent out the standard arrangement. Lou (the owner) couldn't have been nicer, and was EXTREMELY apologetic, and gave me several generous options to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. I told him that wasn't necessary, just please credit my card for the difference between the arrangements, and it was handled promptly. Positive experience: I requested a small, beautiful and simple bouquet and Flowerman delivered what I wanted. I took off a star because, although the store called to say they had no more pink tulips. They asked if orange ones would be OK. The issue is the replacement tulips were not open yet. I couldn’t even see the tulips. I wish they had told me the replacements were not open yet.

Fantastic experience: The flower arrangement looked as beautiful as the online photo which is not always the case when ordering online (not sure how to post the pics). I called the morning after I submitted my online order to ask for delivery before noon and they were very accommodating. Will definitely use them again.

Positive experience: I placed an order to be delivered to my girlfriend’s work on her birthday (4/23). I ordered the deluxe classic red roses with added mylar balloons. The delivery was on time and she loved the flowers, but she got shorted four roses. After contacting Lou (the owner) the next day, he offered to make things right by sending out a brand new bouquet. I chose Flowerman specifically because I know her family has used them for large events in the past so I trusted that they would be honest and of good quality. The quality was stellar and Lou’s willingness to make things right shows that he personally stands by his product. I’ll gladly use them again in the future.

Fantastic experience: We just had our Mother's Funeral at Mountain View Cemetery and decided to not use the cemetery's recommendation for flowers. I saw great reviews for Flowerman , so decided to use them. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. We selected a beautiful White True Sympathy " Deluxe" and the Warmest Remembrance Casket Spray "Deluxe". We added additional long stemmed white Roses to place on the casket for guests. This was a perfect touch. They were all delivered on time and so beautiful! Thank you Flowerman team.

Positive experience: I’m giving Flowerman 4 stars for their prompt delivery and good customer service. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the money tree plant I ordered for my friend. When she sent me a thank-you picture, I noticed a yellow leaf and couldn’t help but worry about the condition of the rest of the plant. I was a bit embarrassed, hoping that the overall quality was better. While the service was great, the plant didn’t meet my expectations this time.

Negative experience: My wife was called notifying her of a delivery on valentine's day. She was the recipient, so I called the manager and all he could tell me is "I'm sorry and tell your wife I'm sorry" Never ever again. Ruined my surprise.

Very sad I called the owner Lou and discussed my order He felt badly and immediately put together another arrangement and had it delivered. My friend and I were very pleased with that arrangement. Negative experience: Very disappointed. Payed for PREMIUM (highest tier) expecting it to be fuller with more flowers. The pictures look nothing alike. Sparse flowers with more stems and leaves than anything else. Would not recommend. They really need to add more realistic photos or reduce the prices because this is incredibly false advertising. You can get a better bouquet from Costco for half the price without accounting for delivery. Edit: I did not take up the offer below because this company should realize flowers are for an occasion. Sending a second bouquet from the same person is confusing and useless. They needed to offer a refund, full or partial for not fulfilling their part of this transaction

I paid for a nice bouquet, paid extra for upgrade, that included lots of roses (catering to what I know the recipient likes) and that they delivered was minimal roses, replaced with low cost flowers. Decent looking, but BIT what I ordered. Very disappointing. Will NOT be ordering from here again.

Placing the order was easy and they kept in contact by email and text. When my friend received the flowers I was notified and of course my friend was thrilled. When my friends flowers arrived, he said, “the flowers are gorgeous!” Sadly I didn’t get a pic of the actual arrangement, but as long as my friend was happy, I’m happy.

Positive experience: I’ve ordered from The Flowerman several times and have generally been very happy with their service and the quality of their arrangements. This recent order was also good, but there’s a little room for improvement. The arrangement wasn’t as polished as others I’ve received from them, and there was some minor damage during transit. That said, it was still a lovely arrangement made with fresh, beautiful flowers. One standout aspect of this order was the delivery experience. I’ve heard nothing but raves about the delivery representative - he had an enthusiastic, super happy personality and represented The Flowerman with the utmost professionalism. The recipient of the flowers has been talking about the delivery for days, which is such a nice added bonus! Overall, while there’s a bit of room for improvement in the arrangement itself, the freshness of the flowers and the exceptional delivery service make The Flowerman a florist I’ll continue to rely on.

Negative experience: Don’t go here unless you want your special day ruined. I ordered two items a full week before I need them.. I was coming in from out of state so I called the day before to check my order. When I got here, no order. I had to wait while they made them.. putting me late to graduation. I would honestly go someplace else!

She sent a picture and they were absolutely beautiful. The care The Flowerman staff took with the arrangement was obvious. On a side note, we are in MI and I reached out to the staff before and after the delivery. They responded very quickly via text. If you need flowers, this is the place to get them.
