Fantastic experience: I order from My Glendale Florist at least once a year for family and friend for special occasions. Unless they can’t deliver to the location, I won’t go anywhere else. Their arrangements are *consistently* stunning, artistic, full, and truly beautiful. What sets them apart is that the flowers actually look as good (or better) than the photo, which is rare. With other florists, I’ve felt embarrassed by what was delivered like I picked the "cheap option," but with this team, I know the bouquet will be something my loved ones are proud to display. One time I ran into the flower delivery person in Downtown LA at the flower mart (I knew because of the sign on the van) and I shouted at him that I love their flowers like a total nerd. It was kinda funny. Anyway, I recommend My Glendale Florist 10/10 everyday!

Fantastic experience: My Glendale Florist provided the most outstanding customer service for me. I'm in Missouri and ordered flowers to be delivered as a birthday gift in Burbank. On the morning of the delivery, I found out the recipient was out of the country. By texting My Glendale Florist, they were able to cancel that day's delivery (I didn't want to waste perfectly good flowers). They offered to reschedule for when the recipient would be back home, and then waited patiently until I figured that out. To top it all off, the flowers themselves were gorgeous!

I cancelled with them and sought a local florist to handle my order (I prefer local anyway!). I found My Glendale Florist and was very pleased with the on-line ordering process and the promptness to attention. Negative experience: People be careful with this shop, it's a rip off. No pretty flowers and extortionate prices.You don't get the prices they offer on the internet. When you get there they tell you a more expensive price, saying that the flowers are getting more expensive every day. SCAMERS

Fantastic experience: In the afternoon of May 12, 2024 (my birthday and Mother's Day), I had an unexpected surprise delivery from 'My Glendale Florist'. I received an amazingly large and stunningly beautiful bouquet of flowers. The floral choices were unique. My granddaughter, who lives in L. A. had randomly called 'any florist ' near Burbank to place her order. Boy, did she ever hit the jackpot. In my opinion, 'My Glendale Florist' also sets the bar for superior customer service. As I was enjoying the flowers aroma, I noticed that the roses seemed to be wilting. I called the florist but had to leave a message. Not 5 minutes later the owner returned my call. When I explained my concern, he looked up the order and told me those were not Roses but Peonies. He explained the difference and even gave me tips on how to care for my arrangement so it would last a long time. Thank you so much 'My Glendale Florist', for making my day so special.

My mom wasn’t home the first time they stopped by and they didn’t leave the flowers since it was extremely hot that day. I missed their call because my phone had overheated and turned off! Negative experience: I’ve been using them for years but the quality has gone down. I was concerned about the freshness of the flowers and even wrote a note about wanting the freshest flowers since I have been noticing that they include older looking flowers sometimes. The bouquet my mother received for Mother’s Day had some wilty brown flowers. For $160 plus, there should be attention to detail. I need to find a new florist.

I told them they could decide on the design. I gave them an amount that I wanted to spend, they completely knocked it out of the park. My friend received the most creative arrangement with the most beautiful pink and white roses, and other extra flowers added. It was stunning. Negative experience: Bought a flowers yesterday for my wife’s birthday and today they are already dead and leaned down. Tried to cut them and water but it turned out that they are just shortest sticks pined into a sponge. I don’t think I will return to them. Although delivery was ok.
