Fantastic experience: I called Juanita’s on February 13th at 6:00 pm, after all other local florists were closed and asked for the next day delivery. They had the flowers delivered first thing in the morning and made everyone’s Valentine’s Day!!! They were so kind and their service was superb. This is the place where everyone should get their flowers.

Positive experience: Honestly, I can’t really criticize them. You are paying for the convenience. I paid $100.61 for a small arrangement. The only thing to note is that the delivery was very close to their flower shop. When I inquired with the woman who answered the phone, she explained that the delivery fee varies depending on the delivery location. I noticed that some customers weren't charged for delivery because they lived nearby,but I was charged the regular price, which made the small arrangement a total of $100.61 Breakdown below Sub-Total: $74.99 Delivery: $16.99 Sales Tax: $8.63 Total: $100.61

I felt like the value and price was worth it given the time they put together this beautiful piece. They did great for such a short notice. Whenever I had questions they answered my phone call right away. I had a minor issue where my sister was not available to receive the flowers at the door so they called me to let me know the delivery man was going to go back in a couple hours, which was very nice of them to do. But let me tell you, WOW the wait was so worth it. The flowers turned out so gorgeous with the ribbon. My sister loved it and was so surprised . The color of the flowers are so vibrant and bright. I highly recommend this flower shop 10/10!!

Negative experience: Asking for a photo ID when I paid online is ridiculous. I never had anyone ask for this and I am not comfortable texting you my ID.

They were quick to set up a delivery. They were able to deliver that day by 5:00 PM when I put in the order around 11:00 AM that day. Fantastic experience: I spoke with the people at Juanita's flowers and they were so professional and very kind. The Mother's Day bouquet was delivered as scheduled and it was even more beautiful than the image on their website. Their website was very easy to use and their prices were reasonable compared to others. They sent to me a confirmation email showing the flowers were delivered with a picture attached which was such a nice gesture. The customer service was great and my mother loved the flowers I will definitely use them again in the future.

Fantastic experience: I could NOT be happier with the flowers I ordered from Juanita’s for my mother’s funeral service. They were so pleasant on the phone and patient with all my questions. I ordered online and went in several days later to confirm my order, etc. and they were understanding of my requests. They delivered the flowers to the funeral home the evening before the service and when I went in the morning of the funeral, and saw the flowers, I was overcome with tears of joy and relief~~that all 4 arrangements were BEAUTIFUL and BRIGHT (just like my mother’s personality). Please patron local shops!!! It was so easy to order the flower arrangements for the funeral service on my own, thanks to Juanita’s Flowers. I would 100% order from them again! I will attach pics.

Negative experience: Last year they did an amazing job and gave me my flowers in the morning around 10:30 to 11 and this year they gave me my bouquet with most of the flowers already dried up all around the edges they arrived last was probably the last one they came 10 minutes before 4 and that’s when delivery ends and they live 4 minutes away so I don’t under stand why they didn’t show up early also they told my boyfriend to pay after he was done choosing everything just for them to tell him that they already sold the really big hello kitty and sent me a small one but that they can make it up by adding extra details they scammed him cause I don’t see any good extra details like the crown is so small no diamond pins only 2 butterflies the ribbon is basic like seriously I told him not to buy here again The red ones are from 2024 and the pink from this year

Exceeded my expectations all the way around overall. 1st flower shop I called in San Jose “don’t do wrapped bouquets”. 2nd shop does wrapped bouquets but dont deliver them. Negative experience: Ordered an arrangement with an orchid for my girlfriend to pick up. The shop didn’t have an orchid but put in a daisy flower which is much cheaper. When asked why this flower, the florist lied about them being equal prices. Knowing that the florist was avoiding giving a better substitution, we left the shop. Not upset about the fact that the orchid was not available, but trying to trick your customers about substitutions to be cheap is unacceptable!
