Fantastic experience: This was the first time that we used this florist and the favorable reviews were spot on accurate. They were very pleasant to talk to, kept me updated as the bouquet was being created, loaded into the delivery van, and eventually delivered. In the past, we've ordered flower arrangements that looked great on the website but looked totally different when they arrived at their destination. Not so with Bloomster's—the arrangement was arguably better than the pictures. We highly recommend this florist and thank them for helping us lift the spirits of our family as they recover from surgery with a beautiful flower arrangement.

Fantastic experience: Bloomsters delivered a whole dozen as replacement in response to having just 11 roses being delivered on valentines day. Bloomsters is awesome!

Negative experience: You be the judge…..The ad picture vs. what I received. These were almost $200 including delivery. I understand that the presentation may vary slightly but there is way too much filler and not enough blooms. The order was easy and the delivery was on time, but I’m not thrilled with the bouquet for the cost.

Not only is it gorgeous, when the recipient sent a photo, it’s bigger than I expected. After ordering flowers or plants from various other sources only to be disappointed in the size or quality of what was delivered, I now only rely on Bloomsters. They are reliable, communicate (via email) when the product is put in the delivery van and again when it’s delivered, and always provide a superior product. And we were told they were excited to help us and would provide floral service estimates. We received nothing and cannot seem to get through or a reply after reaching out numerous times. If you are t interested ok, would love at least a response.

Fantastic experience: Bloomster has been my go-to florist for the past 10+ years! I had a last-minute order for a funeral service (I forgot to place the order earlier). I called in the morning to make sure they have enough flowers in stock for my arrangement, then placed the order online with the specific service time for that afternoon. The arrangement was delivered on-time before the start of the service and looked EXACTLY like the photo, it was absolutely gorgeous! Negative experience: I’ve been a repeat customer for many years and have always been happy with the arrangements created. My most recent order, however, fell far short of acceptable and I’ve not received a response to my complaint. I hesitate to post a negative review as I’ve been very happy with previous orders but this arrangement ran over $120 and was simply unacceptable. Photos posted of what I expected and what was delivered. Very disappointing.

Looking back, I ignored some personal red flags because I trusted the venue’s recommendation. That’s on me — I should have done more due diligence. Communication and creative alignment are really important, especially when you're planning something specific and meaningful like a themed event. In our case, things didn’t align in a way that gave me confidence moving forward. When I ultimately chose not to proceed with them, they retained half of our $6,000 deposit — $3,000 — despite having an entire month to rebook the date. I understand the business side of contracts, but it was a painful financial loss for something that never came to fruition. If you’re considering Bloomsters, my advice is this: don’t skip the step of making sure they’re the right match for your vision and style. Recommendations are helpful, but chemistry and clear communication are essential. I share this only to help others avoid making the same mistake I did.

Negative experience: I absolutely hated my flowers on my wedding day. It's been an entire year, and still looking at the photos I absolutely HATE them. We personally did not initially connect with our consultant (Jamie), and I wish from there we either asked to work with someone else or just went with a different vendor. Bloomster's was a vendor recommended through our wedding venue so we thought maybe we were misjudging the interaction(s). Long story short, we do not feel our florals were what we envisioned or even what we discussed. When we met for the preview of the flowers they were the wrong colors and they just didn't look pretty. We spoke with Jamie and thought we corrected any miscommunication on what we were looking for. Absolutely hated my bouquet, hated our sweet heart table, just hated all the florals. You spend so much on florals for your wedding because it really makes such a difference...make sure you choose a good florist or make sure they truly understand what you are looking for, and follow your gut instinct. I really do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Living in northern Arizona with family in San Jose, it was a major relief to have such professional and efficient and extremely pleasant service from Bloomster's. I've done long-distance business with many florists in multiple states, but this outfit has outdone them all. It was a beautiful, dazzling arrangement that wow-ed our daughter-in-law on her birthday. Fantastic experience: I read a lot of Google reviews of flower shops in this area before choosing this store, and I'm so grateful I found Bloomsters. We ended up having a technical issue on my order (where I had been given mixed-up info to input into the order), and they were so accommodating and understanding on my mistake. I feel like they went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I spoke to at least 3-4 different people, from the delivery driver Aaron, to Laura at the store who cancelled my first order, to Jenny who took my message, to Jasmine who placed my corrected order over the phone instead of online---they were very patient and thorough and easy to get ahold of. So grateful for the grace and expertise throughout the whole process. I would definitely order through them again and recommend them to anyone who is order from out of state like I am!! I sent an inquiry and received a very prompt reply from Jamie, their Marketing Manager & Event Coordinator. We scheduled a call and I got such a good vibe from her! I was so impressed at the questions she asked to determine what kind of look we were going for, especially since, until being on that call, *I* didn't even know what look I was going for (plus my knowledge of the different flower names is woefully pathetic). After receiving a quote from her with all of the things we had discussed, we immediately decided to hire Bloomster's for our wedding. We never even bothered contacting any other florists, as we felt we'd already found the right one. Working with Jamie throughout the process was a pleasure. She was always prompt with responding to emails, very considerate of our budget and keeping our costs down, and was a delight in-person when we met for our mock up appointment a couple of months before the wedding. On our wedding day, all of our florals (i.e., centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres) were even more beautiful than we had envisioned. We received so many compliments on the bouquets especially, and we could not have been happier with how they all turned out. The person who delivered our florals was also incredibly sweet, and seemed so thrilled that I loved my bouquet so much! I highly recommend Bloomster’s. Fantastic experience: Bloomster's delivered a glorious and thoughtful bouquet to our loved ones while in the hostpital. They did a perfect job and I would highly recommend.

Negative experience: I spent over $1000 on flowers for my mother’s birthday party from here. They came looking awful, and after less than 24 hours more than half the flowers were wilted or dead. I was planning on giving the flowers as gifts to my mom’s friends after the party, and now they are going in the trash. I have used this service a few times, and will never use or recommend ever again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Positive experience: A dark crimson bouquet was delivered when a bright pink was ordered. I made a point of asking for pinks and purples, but no pink or purple flowers were delivered. It was a nice $40 bouquet for over 4x that.

Bloomsters is a cut above and totally worth it; beautiful designs, long lasting arrangements. My bouquet from July 3 is enjoying its final days, it’s the 9th. Fantastic experience: Bloomster's provided flowers for our 25th wedding anniversary celebration. The flower arrangements were stunning! Many of our guests commented on how fresh and beautiful they were. They had to touch them to make sure they were real. The provided about 20 table center pieces and a large spray going across an 18-foot table. The picture I included does not do it justice. They were also very easy to work with and very accommodating to our needs. We didn't have to do a thing. I would highly recommend them.

I got in contact with her not only did they have CalliLillies she was able to do a funeral spray from pictures I sent. She is the best. I highly recommend Bloomsters . I didn't think I would get Calli Lillies for my mom's funeral. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Fantastic experience: I was in the hospital recently and received the most beautiful flower arrangement from Bloomster's. The medical staff when visiting my room did not hesitate to comment on how amazing the arrangement looked and smelled. It made me very happy during my lengthy stay. The flowers outlived my visit, staying fresh for almost two weeks. The arrangement was so beautifully assembled, and the colors chosen were amazing. Today I was asked by the VP of the company I work for to find a florist online and send out a sympathy flower arrangement to the owner of the company. The first thought I had was the vision of the beautiful arrangement that I had received in the hospital. I went online, found the shop on Almaden Expressway, and placed an order. The website had a huge photo display of choices, I placed my order and within a few hours my arrangement was delivered, WOW! Bloomster’s will now be my preferred choice florist for all our company and personal needs.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could live inside Bloomster’s. I have ordered bouquets and home decor from them since they first opened. Kren did my wedding and my daughter’s wedding and they were both unbelievably beautiful. Kren and his designers are beyond perfection and every employee is a customer service Jedi! I wish I had photos on hand. I still order from Bloomster’s even though I now live in Indiana. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Love you forever Kren!!

Fantastic experience: Not only were they able to help me get a delivery out same day ON VALENTINE'S DAY after another spot denied my delivery at 630 am!!! Amazing customer service and the lady that helped me Lizette was so helpful and professional. She not only helped me right away but also was just a delight to speak with. 10/10 isnt good enough of a rating for this shop
