Coady Florist

A Century of Floral Excellence in Cambridge

Established in 1917, Coady Florist stands as a cornerstone of the Cambridge community, blending over a century of tradition with a personalized approach to floral design. Under the guidance of owner Dan Marquardt and his dedicated team, the shop has evolved from a local flower seller into a premier destination for custom arrangements, event design, and reliable same-day delivery. Their deep roots in the area allow them to offer not just flowers, but a trusted service that has supported families and businesses for decades.

Custom Designs and Expert Floristry

What truly sets Coady Florist apart is the expertise and creativity of their team. Whether you are looking for a simple bouquet or a complex installation for a wedding or convention, the florists take the time to understand your vision. Customers frequently praise the staff for their ability to translate vague ideas into stunning realities, often creating arrangements that exceed expectations. The team is particularly noted for their work on:

• Weddings and Special Events: Creating breathtaking floral designs for weddings, bar mitzvahs, and corporate conventions across the country.
• Sympathy Arrangements: Providing tasteful, beautiful, and comforting tributes for funerals and wakes with great sensitivity.
• Custom Bouquets: Crafting unique "florist's choice" arrangements that are often described as more beautiful than the online photos.

Reliability and Exceptional Customer Service

For many clients, especially those ordering from out of state or abroad, Coady Florist is the go-to choice for reliability. The shop offers a seamless online ordering experience, but the true highlight of their service is the personal touch. Customers consistently appreciate the "bloom snap" feature, where they receive a photo of the actual arrangement before it is delivered, ensuring peace of mind. The delivery service is praised for its punctuality, even handling last-minute requests and complex delivery instructions with ease.

Quality and Longevity

The quality of the flowers is a recurring theme in customer feedback. Recipients frequently report that the blooms are fresh, vibrant, and long-lasting, with some arrangements staying beautiful for up to two weeks. In addition to cut flowers, the shop offers a variety of plants, including succulents and seasonal selections, all curated for freshness and appeal. Coady Florist remains a beloved local business, cherished for its consistency, professionalism, and the genuine care it puts into every order.
