Negative experience: Poor customer service. Extremely rude, patronizing and crass. The man did not make eye contact with me when I came In nor did he greet me. When I asked a question about a plant he rudely said look in the front. Then laughed at me when I had a question about the plant. Go to Brattle Street florist or Home Depot. I’ve had much more respectful service and more plant selections than this small subpar store.

Told him what I wanted, gave him a credit card. He then asked if I wanted an email receipt? Gave him my email. Negative experience: Have gone here by myself for years to pick up flowers for my fiancee and had nice arrangements in the past. Decided it would be great to wake up early and stop by with her to put together a bouquet the day before our city hall wedding but was met with such a rude, dismissive attitude. We asked simple questions like the timing of putting together the bouquet to keep it fresh and if the availability of flowers changed on a daily basis and he responded to us as if we were stupid for even asking. We were so excited to get flowers from a local spot but my fiancee left in tears with how mean he was. As others said, nice arrangements but poor customer service. Central Square Florist was always welcoming to me in the past. Though farther from me, I should’ve gone there instead and you should too

We used them to purchase a spray for my beloved friend's service on 4/11/2023. Mr. Dan the owner was amazing, kind, friendly, and honest. He asked about the kind of person our friend was, listened to what we needed and delivered! The arrangement was so beautiful (sorry I didn't take a photo) Later that evening someone knocks on our door. It was Mr. Dan?! He explained to us that someone called him during the funeral service asking to have an arrangement delivered, but he told them he wouldn't be able to fulfill their request at that time, but he would happily deliver it to the family on his route home that evening.
