Negative experience: Made an order 2 days before i needed to pickup,then i Called 2 hours before hand to make sure my arrangement would be ready for pickup at a set time, once I arrived i had to wait 15 minutes to even get help and when asked me for my information they said it wasn't ready and I had to wait another 10 mins before it was done

There's no doubt you ladies are gonna love this place. GENTLEMEN, if you're under the impression that all floral companies are the same and you've always used one of the online FTD types companies, please listen carefully. Those places suck!! The flowers end up being smashed and the quality is all over the board. The crazy part is the prices here are very competitive and you have a true artist, putting together your arrangement. Trust me, your girl knows nice flowers when they see it and you can't get this kind of arrangement from FTD. Who knows you may even get lucky,unless you really screwed up.

My father recently passed away and we had all our flower arrangements done with Blue Iris and we couldn’t have been any happier. The arrangements were perfect and the flowers were so pretty. We attached their info to my father’s obituary so that anyone that wanted to send flower, could go through them. I wish I would have gotten a pic of all the arrangements, they were beautiful. I understand that it's hard to stock flowers year round but for $100 I'd expect better.

Positive experience: My wife said she thought the flowers were beautiful and her co-workers were jealous, but when they were in her office for about 30 minutes, she broke out into a big rash and her co. Worker took the flowers away thirty minutes later the rash went away. Definitely something in this bouquet she is allergic to. I've ordered roses and arrangements from other companies and have never had a problem like this before.
