Negative experience: I recently ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend on her birthday. The flowers ended up being delivered to the wrong address therefore, she did not receive the flowers on her birthday. I contacted the business on the following day to check the status of the flowers and was told by the associate that the owner would reach out to me in the near future to resolve the issue. The owner never contacted me so I, once again, called the business the next day in an attempt to mitigate the issue and somehow receive the flowers. They provided a proof of delivery photograph in a email that wasn’t our address. Once we further explained that the flowers were delivered to the wrong address, they eventually responded very shortly saying they would resend the flowers, without any apology or recognition of the inconvenience. Eventually, the flowers were delivered after going back and forth with the business. Overall, this was not a good experience and should’ve been handled much better.

Negative experience: Poor design and bad management, will not recommend this business to anyone Way too expensive for such quality, 42$ for corsage for homecoming, metal part goes on the skin, very sharp and inconvenient, charging 5$ extra for real leaves instead of fake.

Fantastic experience: Listen, finding a florist who can provide a birthday arrangement the day after Valentine's Day is tough! This florist however; delivered a beautiful arrangement on time with the best service we've ever had! I even accidentally put in one number wrong on the address and they were still able to get it to my mom, sorry about that! Between the beautiful arrangement and the spectacular service I'm not sure if I'm even interested in using another florist again, use this company you won't be disappointed ♥️

They had her bouquet ready earlier and delivered the rest to the venue, absolute perfection! Highly recommend for any of your floral desires!

Negative experience: I ordered flowers to be delivered on December 23rd and they called and told me they would deliver them on the 24th due to the weather which was fine. But today I received a refund for my order and called and were instructed that they were not delivered and they canceled my order. At the very minimum they could have had the decency to call me and tell me they were unable to deliver at all This was a Christmas gift and therefore my family member did not get the flowers I ordered for them. Good customer service wouldn't would have been to call me and tell me they were not delivering the flowers at al, very disappointed In the non notification a lack of customer service

I have had experiences with other companies where the flowers were way smaller than the picture and the price was extremely high. I feel like the value that was provided was amazing. The owner also personally delivered my order to the memorial because it was on a Sunday. They normally don’t deliver on that day. I feel as though they went above and beyond and I will definitely use them again!
