Fantastic experience: This was my first time using this florist. I ordered the Gracious Lavender Basket (Deluxe) for my Grandmother’s funeral service and had it delivered directly to the funeral home. The ordering process was fairly straightforward. My arrangement was delivered on the scheduled day as promised (no specific time was specified, but I didn’t mind as long as it got there on the correct date) and I received a confirmation email once it was delivered. I was very satisfied with how the arrangement came out and it looked exactly as pictured on the website. Each flower seemed to be in great condition and it seemed the arrangement was done with care. The colors fit my Grandma’s service perfectly. I would happily use Byrum’s for another occasion.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Byrum’s Florist for many years. I first used them for funeral flowers for my aunt back in 2019, and they were beautiful. I have used them for other occasions as well - congratulatory flowers, flowers for a friend’s surgery, sympathy flowers, etc. I usually give the florist freedom to put together what they think will look good and they always come out looking absolutely beautiful. I’ve attached a photo of a recent basket arrangement that I sent to a friend. Very pleased with the arrangements, customer service (they are very friendly and sincere), and the delivery.

Fantastic experience: I called Byrums from Erie Pa for a delivery in Charlotte. Steph was very friendly and helpful. They were able to deliver an arrangement in a couple hours! The day before they got the snowstorm of a foot of snow! They made it very easy to order flowers long distance! I will definitely use them again!

Fantastic experience: The very best ! I live in Florida and send gifts to my family in Charlotte. Especially for my Grand Daughter on her birthday. For the last 10 years I have tried contacting local florist as well as on line. Always a disappointment- never seem to be as pictured. I don’t like to complain, but they have been so disappointing- I had to call for a replacement! This year I tried Byrum’s!!!!! The very best ! Exactly as pictured - beautiful flowers in the unicorn vase! Fresh flowers in a beautiful arrangement, the right planter and a big balloon- all delivered before noon, if possible. I later found out they are a family owned business. Please support this business- they do awesome work and care about their customer !!! Outstanding!!!!!

The flowers you see in this review were ordered on a Sunday afternoon for my friends back surgery she was having Monday morning. The flowers were delivered on her doorstep before she even got home from surgery and she cried when she saw them. She said they are the most beautiful flowers she’s ever received. I can’t believe how quickly they were able to turn this order around. If you’re looking for a florist, you will absolutely not be disappointed going to Byrums!!!

The staff I spoke with was friendly and worked with me to explain the flowers they had available and that they could indeed replicate the arrangement as it appeared online. I know it’s not always the case, depending on what they have on hand, but this time it was possible down to the container. Don’t hesitate to call and discuss your preferences! Negative experience: Very disappointed!! I ordered a large Peace Lilly for a funeral, paid $100 for it and not one single lily in it.

Positive experience: I was very pleased with the spray that was made for my wife's casket, with some of her own flowers included. Since I was not the one who ordered the spray and 7 boutonnieres, I was very disappointed at the funeral when I found out that no boutonnieres were delivered. We had to take flowers out of the spray to use. Their work on the spray was fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a colorful arrangement for the 1year graveside service for my son. The arrangement was beautiful and reflected his joyful personality. Everyone at the service commented how beautiful they were. In addition, the delivery person/man called me and said he had found the gravesite and could he leave the flowers there? I was so pleasantly surprised and grateful, as the delivery was to go to the cemetery office, which was going to be closed, so I was going to have to pick up the flowers from the cemetery front door and get them to the gravesite. Fantastic experience: I was extremely pleased with the flowers I sent to a close friend's daughter for the loss of her father. I am from West Virginia so I had to depend on ratings of the florists within proximity to where I wanted them delivered. They were PERFECT. The cost was pretty much the most reasonable I found as well. The delivery person called me directly because the location was a little difficult to find. We were able to get in touch with the office where I wanted them delivered and she was able to get them there within minutes. My friend's daughter was very touched by the gesture as it brightened up her day and she immediately took a photo and sent it to me thanking me for the flowers. I do have other friends in that area and will definitely share my great experience with Byrum's Florist!

Negative experience: I used them for my son’s funeral and I was disappointed. I I spent $100 Glass bouquet leaving it to the designer choice because I am a designer myself thinking that they would do their best since it was the loss of my son and I explained to them how I lost my son. They gave me flowers that We’re half dead. I only use this floor because my Pastor used to use them and used to brag about how good they work with that was years ago. Maybe now they have different designers I don’t know, but I will never recommend them again. It was such a disappointment to see how much money I had spent into the flowers and I had to take flowers from other baskets and other arrangements to make flowers $100 bouquet in my home I wish I could send them the pictures of it to let them know how real $100 bouquet should look. Sent me was very sad I redid the flowers from flowers that I had for my son’s funeral and this is why I did it to show you what $100 case should look like for the Designers so they can learn

I called the store and a very pleasant lady….i think it was Mrs. Byrum….anyway I ordered the largest peace lily available. The peace lily was delivered on time with a lovely card and bow. I was very surprised and pleased how large the plant is. At the memorial I saw several sprays and arrangement that were created by Byrum’s Florist, everyone was full and beautiful .
