Fantastic experience: Our family has been ordering flowers from Flowers Plus since 2017 and have appreciated the good service and beautiful arrangements. The staff (Bree today for Valentine's Day) have always been polite and professional and deliveries have always been on time.....sometimes with short notice. Thanks for making our Mom's life a little brighter.

Fantastic experience: I placed an order over the phone from out of state, and the experience was excellent. The staff member, Dinielle, I spoke with was friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. She made it easy to place my order and answered all my questions with kindness and professionalism.

Positive experience: I ordered a Halloween arrangement and was honestly pretty underwhelmed. For around $50–$60 (plus delivery and service fees), I expected something with more fullness and quality. It honestly looked more like something you could grab for a few dollars at Trader Joe’s. The little Halloween touches like the owl and spider picks were cute, but overall it didn’t feel worth the price. I debated giving 2 stars, but I’ll give 3 because the theme idea was nice — just wish the execution matched the cost.

Negative experience: EDIT: I did not try to “supersize” and arrangement said I wanted to spend roughly $200-250 for a nice arrangement using reds or purples. They literally included about 12 roses! What a sham, or fraud, thinking I wouldn’t see what the recipient was given. What a horrible experience. The bouquet was sad and what was worse is the owner threatening to force his way onto the property and take the arrangement back when I expressed disappointment.

Negative experience: She has not received anything yet and surgery is Monday morning . You were so kind and I have to go without her seeing her flowers. Sunday after numerous emails which states they are open 24/7 and then give you hours of operation lady who took my order knew I was vulnerable and I am a hot mess took over 120.00 and never delivered the flowers my daughter is having her legs amputated and they are going to do this to me. Her surgery is Monday morning and she will have heart surgery if all goes well Thursday I'm coming from out of state and she is not going to get to see them. Funny thing it's the next day and I'm sure the hospital has received delivery numerous times and you are going to blame the hospital. Acknowledge how much it hurts me. So remove your comment since it's not correct. Blame game. Look at the response from my review. She is more worried about her rating

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered 2 sets of PREMIUM bouquet flowers. I specifically provided the message for each set -- same message was to go on each bouquet. Albeit the bouquet was pretty, only one message card was attached to the set of the flowers, and the PREMIUM bouquet was very sparce -- not full at all.

Fantastic experience: I called to place a plant order for my adult daughter at 11:30 AM. The lady I spoke to VIA phone was friendly, professional and had a 'smile' in her voice. She even asked if I wanted a bow and if so, what color! The plant was delivered 2 hours later! When my daughter received the plant, she was not disappointed as it was stunningly beautiful and larger than I expected. I prefer to buy locally, which Flowers Plus is (and family owned business), vs having to order online and go through multiple vendors. I will definitely use Flowers Plus again!

Fantastic experience: Everything I have ordered from them over the years has been great. After Mother's Day (2024), they moved their Uptown pickup across the street. With Wells Fargo's building they were in being basically empty, I guess they had to move to where there was more business. Even Johnny Burrito next door has been hit with fewer customers (as evidenced by the line no longer snaking around downstairs at lunch). For Uptown pickup you now order online or by phone and they tell you when it will be ready to pick up at 128 S Tryon. They also deliver.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous experience ordering here my first time — needed a quick, beautiful, appropriate floral display for a friend whose dog died. The flowers were fantastic. I gave them a dollar amount and a few ideas but asked them to be creative and run with it, and the finished product was perfect. Pam was amazing — attentive, diligent, called back multiple times to ensure we got the right message for the card.

Fantastic experience: I happened to be in the shop the day the last reviewer Ms.Rashiti picked up her wedding bouquet and would like to share my view. I recall seeing the bouquet and thinking how beautiful it was. The bouquet was wrapped in white ribbon sitting in a small small vase. Ms. Rashiti arrived in a rush saying she was late, I recall thinking surely this isn't the bride but she was dressed in an adorable white lace mini dress. She immediately asked how she was supposed to carry it without even looking at it. I also recall her being rather rude to all of the workers in the shop who were running around trying to help her. I see her review said the flowers were loose, they were not and in no way did they look like weeds, it was a traditional wrapped wedding bouquet. I was waiting for an order and observed the entire encounter, it was not as Ms Rashiti states. Her entire visit to the store lasted less than 5 minutes, certainly not enough time to make such a harsh judgement. I am a frequent customer of the flower shop and have always been happy with everything. I'm sorry she feels this way but that's not how it went at all. Thank you Flowers Plus for always seeing my vision and making it come to life.

Positive experience: It took me well over an hour to find a location with yellow roses. I never knew how hard they were to come by. This place is tucked away inside of a building downtown and I wish that they were stand alone because this place definitely needs more business for how accommodating, friendly and pleasant they are to their customers. The rating is due to the price for these flowers. I understand due to the location the prices may need to be a little higher but there are other flower shops that are just a tad bit cheaper.

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for my daughter who lives in Charlotte. Living in Massachusetts, I relied on finding a florist on Facebook. Flowers Plus was a wonderful choice! Negative experience: I just ordered the flower spray for the funeral of a pastor. When I came to the burial site and saw the flower spray that they arranged, I felt so disappointed with the spray. It looked so cheap and ugly. I felt so embarrassed for sending such an ugly spray to the family of the pastor.

Positive experience: Ordered flowers that my recipient never received. I finally called to check three days later and seems as if driver left with the leasing office, and the leasing office did not deliver. The driver was very accommodating, however, and had a new delivery out that day. I was pleased with how the situation was handled. I am keeping it 4 stars for two reasons: First off, there needs to be a better communication system. They should have alerted me or the recipient that the flowers were in the office, and they did not. Second....it was a little anticlimatic for the recipient to receive get-well flowers five days after a surgery, so I was a little disappointed. However, I would give this place another shot as I know errors do happen.

Negative experience: I’m super disappointed! The arrangement look like a $25 flower arrangement that I could have made my self at Publix! The only reason I’m giving 2 stars it’s because customer service was great and they delivered the flowers the same day. In the picture the smaller one it the one I order and the taller with brighter colors it’s the husband $55 arrangement from Publix! I paid over $100! I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a wow and beautiful flower arrangement.
