Negative experience: I ordered flowers for a Memorial celebration for delivery in the am.. I thought that I'd give this small business an opportunity. Don't bother ordering here. There's a reason that they're not a 5 star florist: * they delivered it in the late afternoon PM, versus morning as promised, *didn't even ring the doorbell and the person hosting the memorial was at the house. *He gave lots of excuses why the arrangement didn't arrive on time, but he shouldn't have promised if his team couldn't do it. I would have called someone who could deliver it on time. Call Mary Murray instead of Courture de Roses.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience; I ordered online for delivery the following week, which was very convenient since I’m not local. I selected this shop because the pictured arrangements appealed the most to me out of other nearby shops, and I ordered the Serenity bouquet. The delivery driver, David, went out of his way to make sure he delivered on time, and on the day after a terrible snowstorm. My mom said she’d never seen a more beautiful bouquet!

Fantastic experience: Whenever I order flowers from out of town I do so hoping that I get what I pay for. With Couture de Roses I got that and more. Ordered flowers for my son’s family late Thursday for delivery on Friday morning. The person who took the order was so accommodating and kind. She assured me the flowers would be delivered by noon. Sure enough 11 am I got a call asking if it would be okay to drop the flowers at the front porch as no one was home at the time. Amazing customer service from everyone.
