Negative experience: I helped my grandmother order a flower arrangement for a delivery to a church where my cousin was having her baby shower to surprise her, and we paid extra for the time to be between 11pm-1pm. But the delivery girl showed up earlier and then got angry and EXTREMELY rude when there was nobody there to receive them. The flowers were beautiful but that service was the worst I’ve ever got at a flower shop definitely not worth 90$ for that to happen!!! I never got the delivery girls name but that was just atrocious will NEVER use the delivery services again. The girl over the phone while ordering was very lovely tho her name was Kristen.

Negative experience: My husband sent me flowers for our anniversary this year (a few months ago) and I was not super happy with the amount of greenery in the arrangement and the number/quality of the flowers for the price were, in my opinion, not great. They also dropped and then died quickly. Compared to other florists we have used this would not be one we would choose again. It was a beautiful arrangement, but I feel it was expensive for the price/lack of longevity.

Negative experience: I called yesterday to order florals for my sister in law to surprise her for her bday today. When I called, I asked for something huge, big, I want it to be a wow factor, I wanted it to be vibrant, colorful since she is a girlie girl, she's a bigger girl I wanted it to be massive. I was also on their website looking at their big and bougie Boquete that is $165, listing some of the flowers that I knew. The lady asked me do I have budget and I said no, then she said can I do $300, (shoot I would have paid $1,000 if it would have got me what I wanted), then I said would it get me what I want, she specifically said yes it will be big bouquet, I reinstated will it be massive and tall, again she reassured me yes, I also ordered a bouquet of balloons. To say the least, I was so disappointed in what I received and how it was handled. I own a small business, and I know reviews are sometimes not always accurate, and it really depends on how someone feels, nor am I the one to post a review. But I am just so disappointed in the experience, let alone the type of flowers, and the look of the bouquet and how it was handled that it made me want to leave a negative review. When I called today to express my dissatisfaction, they did say sorry, but next was what do you want us to do, do you want us to come pick it up.. Really??? In my head I was like yes, but I couldn't do that to my sister in law. I just told them to refund me for the balloons that I did not receive, since their driver didn't see the other balloons in his van. This was a surprise that I wanted my sister in law to feel how much I, her brother and her niece and nephew love her. This made me feel I should have went to the grocery store versus an actual floral shop. I recommend venders all day long in my business and today I had a consultation literally right after I got off the phone with the manager. While I was in my meeting I discussed with a bride she really would be better if she used real flowers versus fake since the set up of the tables she wants would look better with real flowers, they asked me who I would recommend in their budget, and if I would recommend Mary Murrays, I showed them the picture of this Bouquet and asked them how much to you think this was, they said maybe $75, I said no it was $300, then they stated really you could have gotten it here for way less than that. Again its not about the money, its about the experience you give to someone and the quality. I would never use them again nor would I ever refer them.

We didn’t hear back with any changes, so we proceeded with the arrangement as outlined. We recognize that interpretations of design and scale can vary, especially with custom pieces, and we regret that this difference in vision led to disappointment.

We take full responsibility for the balloon bouquet not being included in the initial delivery and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We immediately offered to send the balloons out right away and also offered to create a brand new floral arrangement that could be delivered and swapped for the original. Both offers were respectfully declined, and we swiftly provided a refund for the balloon bouquet.

We understand how important moments like these are, and we’re truly sorry that we couldn’t provide the experience you were hoping for. Our goal is always to make things right when something goes awry, and our team made multiple attempts to do so. Fantastic experience: Mary Murray's not only delivered a same day bouquet to my wife but upon delivery my wife said she received a call on arrival but was about 10min away from home and just asked the delivery person (wish I had her name ) to just leave the flowers at the front door. The delivery person said it was too hot to leave the flowers in the sun and that she had no problem waiting the 5-10 minutes for my wife to arrive so she could personally hand them off. If that wasn't already incredible I returned home later that night to see the most beautiful bouquet that I've ever bought for my wife and I've been buying locally for the last 10 years. Same day delivery, amazing customer service (wife approved) AND beautiful flowers? MM has absolutely made a returning customer out of me. Thank you all so much!

Fantastic experience: First time doing business with this place. I ordered my girl flowers and accidentally forgot to include a vase. I called to ask if I could take an order on the phone and we were having issues with figuring out what size I needed. They were kind enough to donate a vase since I live two hours away. Negative experience: Ordered a $100 snack box (including delivery and wire fees) and EVERY item in the box was EXPIRED!! Some of the items expired in April 2025. Called the business and told them the problem and they were going to refer it to the owner since I threw it all away because it was disgusting. I don’t know how their flowers are, but I wouldn’t purchase another snack box from them ever again!!

Fantastic experience: It’s around Mother’s Day and it’s a busy time for flower delivery’s.. I ordered them this morning at 8:30 am and was worried they wouldn’t be able to deliver them by today but I couldn’t have it dropped off any other day. I made a phone call to their store and I was very pleased with their customer service and eagerness to get them delivered as soon as possible. They had it delivered by 1:45 pm the same day. Negative experience: I was a florist for 7 years, and this was my first Valentine's Day not working in the floral industry. I've always used Mary Murray's for my floral needs in the Tulsa area but I will never be using them ever again. I received a bouquet on Valentine's Day that was supposed to hold special significance, but instead was the farthest thing from what had been ordered for me. The sender told me about her terrible experience both ordering the bouquet and when trying to get her money refunded. Mary Murray's dismissed her requests and completely disregarded what she was trying to order- initially she had wanted a custom bouquet, and she had called in January- in my experience, that's more than enough time to work with a customer's vision and preferences, but I digress. When she started explaining what she was looking for, the man on the phone cut her off and told her that they were not offering anything custom for Valentine's Day (strange, for a shop that prides itself in unique artistic design and top-tier customer service) and that she had to pick tulips or roses from the website. She found something that was close to what I would have wanted, the Sweetheart 10 cube, and asked if there was any way they could do a dozen roses in the same color palette. He said no, so she asked if they could just add more roses to the Sweetheart 10 cube for the budget that she wanted to spend, and make it at least a dozen roses in the bouquet. The man told her that they could do that. Then on Valentine's Day, they sent a shockingly cheap-looking dozen red roses that were not fresh at all: every one of them soft at the base on arrival and completely wilted within six hours of receiving them, and was full of broken greenery and filler that she specifically mentioned not to use. Quality of the flowers aside- a dozen red roses was the polar opposite of what she had wanted to order for me. She had explained that I used to be a florist and that I had particular taste, that she was looking for something unique with a specific color palette, and it was clear that none of that mattered. When it came to calling and asking for a refund: she and I both work in the luxury gift industry, so there was no time for her to call on the busiest Friday and Saturday of the year for our store, so when she called today, Monday, to explain that they had gotten her order incorrect and that she would like her money refunded, the same man told her that she had waited too long to call and that "there was nothing they could do with them now." Neither can I- they wilted within hours and they're not even what she ordered in the first place! And of course, he claimed that the dozen red roses was exactly what she had ordered, since that was what was on the ticket, that during the order process she had said "let's just do a dozen red roses" which is not at all what she wanted to order. If it was a miscommunication in the initial ordering process, then he should have clarified with her exactly what it was on the ticket before the end of the phone call, and either way he was clearly unwilling to own up to the miscommunication and fix it. She was extremely upset, not just about the flowers being wrong, but because she had just wanted to feel listened to and worked with during such an emotional experience. The man on the phone had made her feel unheard, rushed, dismissed, and in the end it was obvious that he didn't listen to a word of what she said for the entire ordering process and was just trying to capture another easy sale for the busy holiday. Maybe if Mary Murray's can employ a staff that is actually willing to listen to their customer's requests, concerns, and work with them to create special bouquets for these special moments in their lives, then I would recommend them again, but until then don't waste your money or your time- and certainly not on a bouquet of a dozen red roses that, in my professional experience, would have lasted longer and looked prettier had they come from the grocery store.

Positive experience: i ordered on friday the 7th, and although the arrangement was beautiful, i was not particularly impressed with the person taking the order. in fact, i almost ended the call. i felt as though i was a bother, and when ending the call, I said "thank you" and the response was "uh huh". i spent $120 on an arrangement no bigger than a dinner plate. a "thank you for calling! we appreciate your business!" would have been nice.

Negative experience: I placed a 3 month subscription for a friend in the hospital. While she loved them and the flowers themselves were pretty, the customer service is well below average. Since I used a card I rarely use, it took me a few months to realize the subscription never ended as it should have. That was partially my bad. I called and they said it would be discontinued and refunded but the owner would call me. I never received that call so I tried a couple more times. I never got the owner but was told it would be cancelled every time I called. It has yet to be cancelled and I continue to be charged. I sadly do not recommend this florist. They have lost all trust.

Negative experience: **DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER SHOP** If I could give a 0 star rating I would!! I recently purchased flowers on 06/03/2024 and balloons for our daughter and sons new baby!! Such an exciting time that had to be dampened because of Mary Murray’s Flowers. I ordered at 9 for a same day delivery to the hospital. I was called at 10:30 and told one of the $20 balloons I ordered they had one, that one had a hole punched in it so they wanted to substitute regular balloons for it. I wanted our kids to feel special and get their delivery so I said I didn’t mind. Called them at 3:30 to ask where the flowers were and they stated that they were on the delivery truck and they would be delivered soon. My kids did not receive the flowers until 6pm! And that was after my relentless called for delivery updates. I reached out to customer service and told them how upset I was and what happened. They stated they would process a refund and blamed it on a staffing issue. I agreed to the refund and wouldn’t leave a review of my awful experience. Needless to say I never received a refund. Flower delivery’s are special to the recipient. You pay over $100 for a special gift and you expect a service of that level. They had one chance to get it right and they failed. Then failed again by trying to rectify the situation and still didn’t uphold their word. Do not use this flower shop to meet your florist needs.

I am blown away by her care and kindness, she stayed on the phone with me for quite a while, and I have no doubt that the issue will be handled, owner is amazing!!! Negative experience: Absolute incompetence. I ordered a delivery to a school. They attempted to deliver it after school hours. Not trying to be mean, but anyone with a working brain should've figured this out. When I called to check on the order, I was first hung up on and then (after calling back) subsequently lectured. Cannot recommend going with any other florist in the Tulsa area enough.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to get some flowers for my mom since I live out of town and Mary’s website caught my eye because it was truly her own website and wasn’t a third party so I ordered through her. The prices and pictures of floral arrangements were very clear and it definitely lived up to everything. My mom loved it and so did I. It is costly but for a smile on my mom was priceless. Staff were very nice and helpful on the phone when I needed to cancel and do another order. I would definitely order through her again!

Fantastic experience: After calling Mrs. DeHaven's Flower Shop (beautiful flowers and no answer even though Google says they are open) and Stems (who were rude and had nothing in stock) I found this amazing women named Elena. She immediately suggested fresh peonies and hydrangeas so I knew she got it. Spent a lot of money that the other shops did not receive from just poor management/customer service. Elena had beautiful seasonal flowers in stock and working on a Saturday. I am not sure how flowers shops stay closed on a Saturday with deaths, babies and hospital visits and marriages but she was open and working with amazing customer service and gorgeous flowers. Highly recommend and ask for Elena. She rocks.

Negative experience: I am not from Tulsa,Ok so I googled florists in that area to send a special bouquet to a friend of mine. I called and asked the girl what price range would get me a nice size bouquet. She said the average was around $85. I told her that sounded good to me, I just wanted something full and pretty. She assured me I would get a nice size bouquet. I paid over $105 with shipping. My friend received the flowers and sent me a picture. She was happy with them but I wasn't very impressed. They were pretty but definitely not $85 worth of flowers. I sent the pictures to my cousin who owns a florist and also to the lady I order flowers from here in NY. Both said that I did not get my money's worth. When I called to speak to someone, Nikki started to break down the pricing and told me that the vase is $12, roses were $5 each, and so on. That's great, but again, for $85, it's a sad looking bouquet, very small, honestly I was embarrassed sending that to my friend. I sent pictures to the woman at her request and our second conversation was short as it sounded like she didn't want to try to rectify the issue. She said "the flowers were $85 worth and there's nothing more she could do." Big disappointment and I am out $100+.

Negative experience: Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and was told they would be delivered by 4 pm. My daughter was called before 5 pm and told they couldn’t deliver. Said delivery driver had gone to her office and no one was there. My daughter was sitting at her desk when she got the call. So she did not receive her flowers on her birthday - got them the next day. It was a significant birthday and I am out of town and was not able to spend it with her. Very disappointed in the delivery driver and the customer service. I would not have ordered from this company had I been told they would not be delivered as promised. I have used Mary Murray’s before and had no problem but do not think I will be a returning customer now.

Positive experience: The flowers are beautiful but for a $90 arrangement to only have 3 roses and be in a small vase (I asked for a medium/tall one), is not a product equal to the price. Not to mention taxes and delivery. This arrangement cost $113.

Negative experience: First time using this place for Mother’s Day. The floral arrangement was very pretty but I noticed that a lot of the flowers have fully bloomed and some of the rose petals were a little brown. By the next morning, half of the flowers have died and were hanging limp. Dead flowers in less than 24 hours feels like we just donated a couple hundred dollars to this place just because. Pretty disappointing :/

Fantastic experience: My Valentine's Day delivery of "Teddy Bear & Tulips" is absolute perfection. The adorable white Teddy Bear came in a gift bag w/ tissue, and a balloon tied to the gift bag. The very modern-looking clear vase containing the gorgeous red, pink and white tulips is very beautiful, and also contains some red and clear bling on the bottom.
