Fantastic experience: I had the most wonderful experience ordering from Terri's today. I spoke with Austin who went above what I would expect in service. He took so much time to understand my needs & offered to send me pictures to select an add-on gift to my plant order. I highly recomend this company. I had called a funeral home to ask for a recommendation as I wanted to speak to someone locally rather than going through one of the 1-800 online companies.

Fantastic experience: Always have taken care of my needs. I have a standing order for my Grandmother's flowers every 3 months and without fail they make the delivery and even sends me a picture.

Fantastic experience: I live in Virginia and wanted to send Mother's Day flowers to my daughter in Columbus. I had no idea what florist to use so I googled and stumbled upon Terri's Florist. A nice young man named Austin helped me with my order. He gave me an idea how large the arrangement would be and how it would look. My daughter was thrilled with the flowers!!! She sent me a picture. They were soooo pretty! I now have them saved in my phone for when I need to send flowers again. Thanks Austin!

Fantastic experience: I love this place! The flowers always last I recommend only getting the flowers you see don’t get it painted, they look better how they are! I use to come here almost every week just to get fresh flowers!! When I was sick I believe it was the owners husband he brought my order outside to me! I definitely love this place have been using them over a year and my fiancé gets my flowers here as well. They are quick, welcoming and their inventory is beautiful 11/23 I can’t post another review but 5 ⭐️ again this the second delivery my Fiance has sent me it arrived yesterday and I swear they always come in perfect condition. The customer service is amazing the gentlemen who delivers them is always so sweet. It definitely makes the experience a lot better receiving flowers randomly. I love that my Fiance knows this is my favorite place and always goes back it’s really the little things. He enjoys the customer service as well and always says they have a great assortment that’s why he goes back.

Negative experience: The people were great, the flowers were nice…but definitely not what was in the picture when i placed the purchase. Heart display is different, and more variation of flowers instead of the focus on roses. I knew something was off but couldn’t place it until I had time to sit down and compare what I had in person to what was in the image. Don’t get me wrong, my wife loved it, it’s just not what I thought I paid for. 3.5.24 - Dropping to 2 stars since this review hasn't been addressed in 3 weeks of the initial review, not looking for compensation just acknowledgement that yall are in the wrong for the product I received.

Fantastic experience: Ordered flowers and ballons for my Sisters Birthday and for my Mom for Mother’s Day from London, England. Found Terri’s on the internet. Called them and the whole process was super smooth, no rush to get it then, answer any questions and personalize anything. Delivered today as requested early. My Sister and Mom are super happy with the flowers and ballons. Will order again from them. Good prices as well!

Positive experience: My review is about the product. Not the service. I bought 2 artificial wrist corsages for 2 teens for prom. The total was $68.59. The wrist bands/ bracelets to keep the flowers in place were sold separately. That goes for live or silk. I got the elastic bands made out of beads. Bands for teen size and up range from approx. 7.00 - 16.00. When my daughter tried on the corsage, the bracelet attached wouldn’t stay in place. We’re going to remove the beaded band and get some ribbon to attach and tie around her wrist. Silk flower corsages were $25.00. Live flower corsages started at 35.00. Don’t get the silk. I have seen better artificial arrangements. Live or silk corsages are overrated because the wrist bands are sold separately. If you want a nicer live one, be ready to spend $50.00 or more. It wasn’t worth it (especially the artificial because the hot glue used is yellow and you can see it). Many florists do not sell silk corsages. This floral shop probably shouldn’t either. Not sure if wrist bands come with corsages at other flower shops around town. Workers at this shop were nice and thoughtful. But if I return, it will not be for the corsages. Especially silk. Good luck!

Negative experience: Today is my birthday and my sister ordered an arrangement of my favorite flowers, sunflowers, to be delivered to my job. I received the arrangement today and I was extremely disappointed. My sister paid $75 for this arrangement + the $15 delivery fee and the sunflowers arrived wilted. I’ve received several arrangements of sunflowers all through out the year over the years but I’ve never received any that looked lifeless and old like this. I showed my sister and she contacted the florist and said that her interaction with her was as unsatisfactory as the arrangement I received. I would’ve loved to have given this arrangement back and received a new one since it’s my birthday and sunflowers are my favorite but that did not happen. That option wasn’t even offered. Now I know that these are flowers/plants and not all arrangements will look the same but I attached a picture of the arrangement I received from Terri’s Florist today and two other arrangements that I’ve received previously AND an arrangement I found at Kroger went I got off today . There is a HUGE difference. Beyond disappointed.

You lose out and money if you don’t drop in and buy their dz roses for 9.99 an second dz $5.00 where else can you get 2 dz beautiful roses for around 15.00 incredible. Fantastic experience: My good friend’s grandfather, a dear friend, pass away last week. I am not from Columbus and I needed to have flowers delivered to the grieving family. I ordered flowers the morning of and they were delivered just a few hours later. They meant a great deal to the family and I am glad that I relied on Terri’s for this important task. I ordered it online 'sight unseen' and trusted you guys to make it happen, and boy did you! It was way bigger than I expected and then it was beautiful because the lillys had bloomed. Negative experience: I placed an order on Tuesday, for an arrangement for my aunt's funeral, on Saturday. I got an email confirmation of the order. On Wednesday, I got a text that they can't guarantee the delivery date or time. I called & was told the same thing, but they would do their best, which I said wasn't acceptable since it was for a funeral. We ended the call with assurance from the rep that it would be delivered on the day I wanted. Today I got an email to say they were out of the plant I ordered & offered me another, but couldn't even tell me what plants were in the arrangement. So I told them to cancel the order. The girl didn't apologize or even seem to be bothered that I was cancelling my order. Terrible business & I would avoid them at all costs.

Negative experience: They canceled my order midday of delivery day. I talked to them twice the morning of and was told the flowers would be delivered that day and then they cancel my order midday because they said it would be a week before they could deliver. They could not have told me that sooner?!?!?! What a way to mess up someone’s plans for sending birthday flowers!

Fantastic experience: Purchased flowers for a special occasion last minute. The florist has some serious skills and dedicates time and effort to ensure the final result was breathtaking. Remarkable love for the respect and patience and creativity to make a works of art that's appropriate for any occasion. Price varies of course but the money is well worth the quality of the work. They also have cards with some of the longest meaningful messages. These messages are top to bottom sometimes continued onto the next half of the card. The messages were so good I spent at least 30 min trying to make a selection. Professionalism and quality work is what I've experienced here. Visit confidently and leave in amazement.

Negative experience: A dozen of red roses were delivered to me on Valentine's Day! They were very beautiful for about 4 days. I patiently wait for them to open up and they never did. They died in less than 7 days. So disappointed.

Negative experience: My husband bought me flowers from Terri’s florist and what they advertised on their website is nothing close to what they send you. The money is not worth it and then once you pay it says they may have to substitute if flowers aren’t available. And that’s EXACTLY what they did. Gave us the leftover flowers from Vday. I am highly disappointed and won’t shop with them again.

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers online not realizing it was a different spelling. I called Terri’s to see where the order was and they informed they didn’t have an order for me. The young man asked me did the email confirmation have an “I” or “Y”. I told him “Y” and he told me how that was not their site. He immediately apologized and told me he could get an order delivered still for me. Within about 30 minutes, flowers were delivered to my daughter. Thank you so much!!!! That’s a customer experience.

Negative experience: I called ahead to confirm Terri's Florist could fulfill the order I wanted to place for a funeral arrangement. They called me the same day and confirmed once again they could take care of the order. Then the next day the advised they could not do as they said nor could they provide any type of a substitute arrangement. Go with Blooms on Broad . . . they took care of me!

Fantastic experience: I live in Washington state but we were getting married in Georgia. It was not easy trying to make all the arrangements being so many states away. This place went above and beyond. I was able to text a photo of what I wanted for my bouquet and they made it more beautiful than I could have imagined, not to mention how nice every single person is who works there. Fantastic experience: Love this shop, and my family and i have been using it for years. It's so much more than a flower shop though. You can create gift baskets, arrangements. They have items for nearly any basket you could make. Flowers are reasonably priced, staff are friendly and efficient. We ordered flowers for a funeral 2 days away and they made a custom, beautiful spray that was affordable and ready. We will definitely continue to use them in the future. (Ps, everytime we have been in there they are busy, but they handled the crowds well and with a smile) Thank you again!
