Fantastic experience: Wonderful as always I work in the business and I hate judging people’s work, but when you work in the business of flowers, it’s hard not to and you have been my go to florist from New York if I can’t do it because I’m all the way up in New York and you’re in Georgia. This is the florist that I pick. Thank you for never disappointing me.

They went above and beyond to personalize an arrangement for my friend's memorial. I am on the other side of the country and Alexis quickly put me at ease by calling me and sharing her vision. Fantastic experience: Absolutely gorgeous space and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The inventory is large, reasonably priced and very well taken care of. Also, Plant Bingo was so much fun. I've never laughed and smiled more staring at plants for 2 hours.

Called and spoke with Caden who listened to what we wanted and made it happen on fairly short notice. Our daughter absolutely LOVED that her vision came to life!! The online florist I ordered my mother's casket spray from sent me a message literally 2 hours prior to the service advising that they could not fill the order. I was devastated. I said a prayer that GOD would show me what to do and Bloomwoods came up as the first Google response. I called them and explained the situation. Without ANY hesitation they put together an absolutely beautiful spray and delivered it directly to the cemetery and placed it on mom's casket. They did this with 30 minutes to spare! Fantastic experience: Bloomwoods designed a beautiful casket blanket for my Mom’s casket. They listened to my wishes and it turned out gorgeous! I wanted it to be airy with lots of greenery and specific flowers. I had gone to another florist first and I had to walk away. They offered one basic look, very busy with lots of filler flowers and a huge satin bow covering it up. Not the look I wanted. I was so thankful I went to Bloomwoods next. They are accommodating and they listen to their customers. And…they were much less than the competitor. Wow! I highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed.

Came in last minute on a Saturday morning to try and get a bouquet of flowers made to surprise my fiancée at her bridal luncheon, told them what I was looking for and within 30 minutes she had me a custom bouquet made that was perfect, all while the store was super busy! Fantastic experience: The care and concern that was given to me today over a small arrangement is above any expectation that I could imagine. Caiden (spelling?), was absolutely wonderful! He listened to my objective, offered recommendations, and altered my arrangement when I got the courtesy photo, but didn't like it. Don't get me wrong, the original arrangement was beautiful! The point is that I felt my small purchase was very important to them. Due to late travel, I called Bloomwoods with 30 minutes to spare before they closed up shop and they MADE THINGS HAPPEN…! They took my order of roses and delivered them to the local hotel I was staying at AFTER CLOSING just to make sure they got things in time for my wife and I to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary ! It was comforting to know that, while we were out to dinner, they were setting up a sweet memory for my wife and I … when we got back, the flowers were in our room and she was absolutely happy. Fantastic experience: I traveled thru on the way home. My daughter had a prom dance the same night I arrived home. I reached out to Bloomwoods and they more than delivered on a beautiful corsage. Irene ensured the corsage would survive being in checked luggage by packing shredded paper in the container. The arrangement was completed in about 30 minutes. Fantastic experience: Update: Store manager called to apologize and offer a partial refund! Thank you for the explanation, apology and refund!! My husband has ordered roses for our anniversary for 25 years. A dozen red asked one white for every year of marriage. We've been married 25 years this year. He ordered the flowers. Was told when they'd be ready. When we went to pick them up they weren't ready. It was suggested that we go ahead and pay for them which was right at 300$. Said to give them an hour. We did. They called to tell my husband they couldn't get all the white roses so they put boutonnière roses in the arrangement. There was no discount or apology offered. The arrangement was not what he wanted. It hasn't been a week and the roses are dying. He'd have been better going to Publix.... won't be back Bloomwoods.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service. They have gone above and beyond in delivery of the arrangement that I ordered for a co-worker. For example, the recipient was discharged from the hospital before the arrangement arrived and they asked for a new address to ensure they were delivered! Thank you Bloomwoods!

Negative experience: Met my hubby for lunch the other day and saw this cute store. So of course I went back on my own…I was so excited But then…. My rating is low because of the lack of customer service received. I walked into the store and was seen by a staff member and was not acknowledged. It’s just rude. Not a “Hello” “can we help you” or nothing. It takes nothing to be nice . The store is really cute and they have some really beautiful plants and other things. I did make a purchase, the first two pictures are of my purchase. I’m testing my green thumb and so far I’m loving the journey. And of course I had so show off my tortoise…Zola.
