Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. The flower arrangement was scheduled for delivery at 10:00 AM but did not arrive until 3:40 PM. This significant delay was already frustrating, but the issues did not stop there. The arrangement was supposed to include 50 roses; however, there were barely 25 in the bouquet. Considering we paid $307 specifically for that quantity, this was completely unacceptable. Additionally, we ordered three balloons, and two of them arrived wrinkled and not properly inflated. When I pointed this out and asked the delivery person to take them back, he refused, simply dropped off the flowers, and left. I have been trying to contact customer service since this afternoon and have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and poor product quality reflect very poorly on this business. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company due to the poor quality and extremely poor customer service.

Negative experience: The owner was pretty rude when I tried to file a complaint about the order and replacement I received. I picked up a beautiful arrangement but less than 24 hrs 1/2 the arrangement was limp. They offered a refund or replacement. The replacement was nothing like the previous order-different flowers (we specifically said no red roses and we paid extra for a larger fuller order). The replacement was smaller and had red roses. Although, a beautiful arrangement, it was not what we ordered and smaller than what we originally paid for. The delivery driver also agreed that it was a very different order. I then requested a refund since the replacement was different and the current order was continuing to go limp. However they did not honor this request! Paid for a much larger order to only get something smaller and did not follow the request of specific flowers.

Fantastic experience: Some of the best and most unique custom made flower arrangements in Corpus Christi! The cost is absolutely amazing. They prove time after time that they do TRULY care about their customers. I highly recommend their services!!!

Positive experience: The Christmas arrangement did not look like the one I picked out. I understand there may have to be substitutions however I didn’t even get a phone call for approval. I would have liked the florist to have called me so I could have ordered a different one. This is the 2nd time I have used this florist. The 1st time was 100% perfect. Not so much this time. I ordered the one on the left. What I got is pictured on the right. While the arrangement I got is pretty, it isn’t what I ordered.

Negative experience: Im shocked by the spray arrangement that was recieved by a good friend of mine. She spent well over 100 bucks and got something totally different and unworthy of what she paid for. Based off of that I will never be doing business here.

Negative experience: I ordered a spray for my grandmother's funeral and what I got was NOTHING like what I ordered. I paid extra for a banner and the letters and ribbon were so similar you couldn't even read it. Very disappointed and a funeral doesn't give you a second chance to redo them

Negative experience: Never again!! Ordered a day prior for my mother’s 75th birthday. They called the next day an hour before close of day stating they could not fulfill the order until the following week. Unacceptable

Fantastic experience: This florist is serious about insuring that their customer is completely satisfied with their order. Sometimes ordering flowers long distance is not guaranteed to please, but I've used this florist for several years and they work hard to see that their flowers are fresh and arrive on time. They take a personal interest in their customers.

Negative experience: Disappointed and Frustrated I placed an order with Blossom Shop on July 28—two days in advance—for flowers to be delivered to my wife on our 10-year anniversary, a very special and meaningful day. Unfortunately, the delivery never happened. When I called to find out what went wrong, I was told that I had called to cancel the order on the delivery day. That is absolutely false—I never made such a call. When I asked for the name of the person who supposedly canceled it, the only explanation I received was, “somebody called.” That’s unacceptable. To make matters worse, the woman I spoke with on the phone had a dismissive and indifferent attitude—as if this was no big deal. All I received was a half-hearted "sorry." I’ve done business with Blossom Shop many times in the past. I’m not claiming to be their biggest customer, but I have been a loyal one. After this experience, I will be looking for another florist. It’s clear customer loyalty doesn’t mean much here.
