Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to Billy Heroman’s for creating this incredibly beautiful, custom guitar design as a tribute to our beloved friend and worship team guitar player for his recent funeral. I shared an inspo pic, and y’all knocked it out of the park and made a creation that was so unbelievably amazing and way better than the inspiration photo I found online! Most importantly, the deceased’s family was so surprised and grateful for such a loving, fitting tribute, as well as many of his close friends. I 1000% recommend Billy Heroman’s for all your floral needs.

Fantastic experience: wanted to buy Valentine's Day flowers for my daughter. She's in Baton Rouge and I'm in NY... of course i waited till the last minute and ordered the flowers at around 10 a.m. By 2 p.m. they were delivered along with the chocolate candies i bought as well.... i was nervous that they wouldn't be delivered the same day but this florist kept their promise and the flowers were beautiful...

Negative experience: I have been using these people for years. Forward to Valentine’s Day this year I gave these people two simple requests “after one pm” and to “my addresss”. Not only did they deliver them before 11am , they delivered them to the wrong address. I call them once I find out the error, and the lady that answers gets all defensive and transfer me over to a supervisor. Supervisor gets 0 accomplished besides pissing me off further. Tries to save face by saying they were at least delivered and I told the lady I wouldn’t be mad even if ONE of the things were right but they couldn’t get ANY OF IT RIGHT and thats where my frustration is. As someone who has spent thousands with this company, I’ll never give them my business again.

While we do our best with the information provided to us, we have confirmed that the flowers were delivered to the specific address we were given at the time of the order. Regarding the timing, we apologize that our sales associate promised a specific window, as it is against our policy to guarantee delivery times during major holidays. We have addressed this with her in detail to ensure our policies are communicated correctly moving forward.
