Fantastic experience: This beautiful Christmas cactus was delivered on a Sunday for an incredible price! I looked at national chains and they claimed their advertised arrangements were unavailable and they didn't offer delivery on Sunday. This plant was in full bloom and I promptly received an email when it was delivered. I'm very happy with the plant, the price, and the service at Billy Heroman's Florist!

Fantastic experience: I ordered an arrangement online and after I submitted my order I realized I made a mistake and I called the florist as soon as they opened to make a correction, the associate made my experience flawless, quick and easy. When I arrive there was a little wait because this is a busy season many people were picking up, placing orders. When it was my turn the associate was very courteous. My order was beautiful & perfect. I would continue doing business there and I will recommend everyone/ anyone who's looking for a florist to visit your location.

Negative experience: ***DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR THE PREMIUM TIERS OF BOUQUETS*** I paid $134 for the "Exquisite" boutique, which is the most expensive of the 4 tiers. I even tipped $30 on top of that. What the recipient received was a small coffee table bouquet of maybe 6 wilting flowers, in a very small and cheap vase. I filed a complaint and never got a response. If you must buy from this place, only purchase the basic flowers because that is all you are going to get. I will never purchase from this shop again.

I had a typo in the address and they called me within minutes of the order to correct it and make the delivery within the hour. Simply the best!

Negative experience: HORRIBLE experience. On May 21, 2024 , I went to the store and ordered AND PAID for my Bridal Bouquet for both my bridals (219.90) and my wedding ($522.26) bouquets . I ordered REAL peonies and REAL roses with no disclosure that any florals may be out of season. July roles around and I pick up my bouquet for my bridals. It was perfect. A few weeks later , I get a call from the store stating that the Peonies I requested are not in season and I will have to use fake ones, which may also cost more. This was never brought up to me when I first ordered. If it was , I would have ordered ONE bouquet , with fake flowers , and used for both my bridals and wedding day (saving me $219.90) The store states they can find real peonies for me and make both a real bouquet and a fake one for me to chose. I agree. The day before my wedding, I call the store and they ensure me that my bouquet is being made by the EXACT person who made my bridal bouquet. Well My wedding day rolls around and my Maid of Honor goes to pick up my bouquet, she facetimes me and they are made incorrectly. I explain to them how they’re supposed to be arranged in a sphere (exactly how my bridal bouquet was) The lady was VERY rude and tells us it will take a while and we have to wait for them to fix it. Well its the day of my wedding and my maid of honor still has to get hair and makeup done. After going back and forth they finally agreed to deliver it to my house. When it was delivered, the ribbon was the incorrect color (I couldn’t tell from facetime) and they wrapped the ribbon like a cast on a broken foot , with the bottom completely enclosed. So here I was, already a stressed out bride, undoing my bouquet that I paid $522.26 and rewrapping it, with different ribbon. Not to mention the flowers weren’t exactly in a sphere but I was over it. The only helpful person at this store was Philip. Everyone else was rude and gave me the RUN AROUND. Will NOT be ordering from here ever again.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been dealing with this location for some time. I would randomly stop in to pick up something nice when I would find myself in the proverbial Dog House. This time, I’m working 18 hours away. I had been meaning to place an order online for several weeks in advance for Valentine’s Day but would slip my mind. I woke up Monday morning in a panic. I got to my office and placed an order for two items to be delivered on the 14th. The order was guaranteed to be delivered on V. Day. They arrived before 11:00am and saved me again!
