Fantastic experience: 2/24/25-Awesome florist. Never disappoint. 2/24/26- They did it again. They made another impressive arrangement to have all the woman at my wife’s work jealous.

Negative experience: A very disgusting experience!! This morning I went in to buy roses, but there were very few flowers. I chose some that were more or less decent, picked them up, and wanted to go to the saleswoman to pay and buy them, but at that very second, the owner/saleswoman from the other end of the shop shouted at me to put them back (I still don't understand why she behaved that way). I turned around and left and will never shop there again. I don't recommend it to anyone!

Fantastic experience: They were referred to me by the funeral home but I was so nervous because it was an order for a next day delivery. However I met with Kim and she was so nice and accommodating. She helped me select three beautiful floral arrangements in the colors I wanted and gave me a great deal. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I stopped here on a whim, wanting to give something to my bf for a bad day at work. Being near the holidays and for a small occasion, I didn't want to spend a lot. I was shown the least expensive bunches and not pressured at all to buy anything pricier. The flowers I got are beautiful, and still going strong 2 weeks later!

Negative experience: Flowers were delivered they weren't that great I thought they're designing looked a little. I would ssy to normal like I've seen it in every flower shop and they didn't last very long if I'm gonna spend a lot of money on flowers which they're so expensive these days I want something a little more original thank you.

Fantastic experience: I needed one Red Carnation for my best friend's funeral service. I drove around to different locations and could not find what i needed on a Wednesday evening, My friend's service was the next day. The lady who answered their line told me they had long stem red carnations, and they opened at 9 am. on Thursday. Madison Avenue Florist had what I needed at a reasonable price. When I arrived on Thursday, they were preparing floral arrangements for other customers. The arrangements were beautiful. Thank you.

I called yesterday after already calling a few places to see if there was any way I could get a last minute corsage, (after being denied other places.) I got the privilege of dealing with Rena, the manager. Let me tell you, not only did she come through and made it, it was so beautiful, and more than I expected. With placing the order over the phone i though it would be a flower or two, but it was a whole mini bouquet for her wrist. When I picked it up today the experience was even better with the staff. Negative experience: Racist and classist. Me and my friend came here for a bouquet for her mother. They were looking at us, up and down, and made it seem like we were bothering them. Never again going, customer service needs a huge improvement.

Fantastic experience: I live out of town and wanted to send my sister flowers so I chose Madison Ave Florist. I'm older and had a little issue trying to order them online so I called and they were so nice and helpful. My sister loved her flowers and she sent me a pic and they were even prettier then the bouquet on their website! Plus the flowers and greenery were so fresh and beautiful! My sister even commented on that as well and said their quality was #1! I will definitely be ordering from them for all of my future needs and you should definitely give them a try! Their prices are also very reasonable compared to other florists in the area too!

Negative experience: I’ve come to this florist for the last 12 years and today was the first and last time I encountered terrible customer service with them. I literally just paid $1600 in February for my father in laws funeral arrangements. Today I called to inquire about a funeral service for my sister and the woman hung up on me and then got irritated and shouted at me when I called back. I will make sure to never recommend this shop to anyone ever again. And we definitely won’t be using this shop for our service.

Fantastic experience: I am impressed with this florist. I sent a sympathy bouquet to my sister on the anniversary of her husband's passing, and a Mother's Day bouquet for my 2nd Mom. Both were lovely and lush, delivered exactly when promised, and appreciated for a long time. I will continue to trust them with my floral needs and recommend them to anyone who needs flowers.

Fantastic experience: These ladies came in to save the day with a last min request this morning. They made a beautiful boutonniere for my son. Thought it would just be something basic but it was more than that it was beautiful had greenery, color, ribbon and a beautiful full rose. Hands down the best shop.

Negative experience: Didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in. Tried to sell me 10 marred roses ( the tops of each rose were cracked and dying) , 3 pieces of fern and some baby breath for $97. When the lady (dark haired glasses) was asked how much for a standard rose bouqet costs she couldn't provide a straight answer. I realized the roses qaulity didn't reflect the price, I went back in and asked for a refund.The lady at first attempted to lie telling me she can not provide me a refund,( by law if there is no sales are final sign posted they have to provide you with a refund) then she realized I knew my laws and got on the phone with the owner and gave me money back. Worst florist I have ever visited. I suggest going to safeway and making a bouqet yourself for a 3rd of the price.

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for my girlfriend who lives out in the Sacramento area. I currently live in SLO and was not sure about that area. Found Madison Avenue Florist via a website search and I am glad I did! they have good-priced and beautiful flowers (girlfriend loved them). They also have a good delivery service as well! i placed an order two days before Valentine's day and they got it there on the 14th without issue! I recommend them for sure and when I need flowers in the Sacramento Area i now know a place i can trust!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't even tell them what I needed because the tears wouldn't stop flowing when I arrived. The woman who helped me was amazing and told me I didn't even need to say anything. She walked me over to the flower cooler and explained all my options. She even added the accent sparkles to the arrangement I purchased. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making something so painful hurt a little bit less. Your graciousness helped my pain. I will most definitely be using there services anytime I need fresh flowers. The arrangement is absolutely stunning and smells better than any flowers I've purchased. Fantastic experience: We had them make the flower arrangements for our wedding. We showed them a few examples of the arch and what we wanted with some freedom to do what they want with it and man did they NAIL IT. Every arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we had envisioned. They also delivered and attached the arrangements flawlessly. We will be doing more business with them in the future!

Negative experience: I bought a balloon for my mom and within 20 minutes, it flew away because it wasn’t tied securely to the ribbon (which disappointed her as she was getting out of the hospital). I called to let them know what happened and all they said was sorry and they’ll try to tie them better in the future… you’d think they would have refunded a $7 balloon that they didn’t even secure? Nice enough, but would not go back given quality and customer service.

Negative experience: I was a first time customer at Madison Avenue Florist and it surely is my last time. I spent over $210 on one arrangement, which I routinely do as I appreciate the beauty of arrangements. Not only did they not use the flowers that are shown in the photo, but also they refused to acknowledge it. Will never use them again and shall ensure all my friends, family, and business associates in the area are aware of the utter lack of commitment to customer satisfaction by Karen (manager).

Negative experience: I was trying to plan ahead and buy some flowers for Mothers day, two day before mothers day. I asked if I can purchase flowers and pick them up on mother's day. They said " we can't do that it's too confusing for us to handle". Ok. Mothers day arrives and now I would like to purchase just a single sunflower, (life happens and money runs out). She said " We can't sell individual flowers today.. Right on.

Fantastic experience: I would like to start by saying i will ONLY go to Madison Ave Florist for ALL my bouquet needs. I inadvertently ordered flowers from the wrong Madison florist and was so disappointed. I re ordered them from my favorite florist and they quadrupled the order and the owner himself delivered them to my home THE VERY SAME DAY!! They go above and beyond. I have had flowers delivered to friends who were blown away and say they have never recieved such a beautiful arrangement EVER!! The only place I'll go for my flower arrangements!

Fantastic experience: I love this place! They are artists. Very helpful. I have used them 4 times in the last 6 months. I call them and give them a $100 budget for a bouquet And man oh man the arrangements were huge, beautiful full of roses and gorgeous placement, Fresh. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They only charged an extra $5 to deliver them I believe in a 5 mile radius... It could be farther I'm not sure. However I have called last minute and they have put together a stunning arrangement within 3 hours. Love love love them!

Fantastic experience: This floral shop is absolutely amazing. I bought some flowers to pick up on my way down to San Francisco to give to my grandmother who is in the hospital. Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions I had to wait a few days before I could visit her. And she passed away the day before I could pick up the flowers. This company was super helpful when I placed the order, and they were super understanding and helpful when I need to cancel the order. When Dahlias are in season and I go see her grave I’ll definitely be re-ordering from this florist. Thank you Tom for being so kind and understanding!
