Fantastic experience: I called this florist because of their excellent reviews and to order a bouquet of red roses plus extras, such as a box of chocolate and heart shaped balloons. She informed me that they only provided flower arrangements. She recommended another florist that had what I’m looking for. She didn’t have to give me a recommendation but because of it I was able to purchase what I was looking for easily. Thank you! The other great reviews are accurate.

Fantastic experience: I was so pleased with my recent gift bouquet purchases! The delivery was quick, and the attention to detail was exceptional. I even had a special request for a goth bouquet, and they went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them!

You give them a price range and an intention, and they will turn your intention into something beautiful and more aligned with your vision than you ever thought possible. That's why I've been going to them for 10 years, and why I'll keep coming back.

Fantastic experience: I called G Rossi Florist this afternoon for a same day delivery to a friend for her birthday. The woman who I spoke with was unfailingly friendly and helpful. They not only were able to accommodate this request, but the floral arrangement the designers came up with was *absolutely gorgeous* and exactly what I was hoping for. Negative experience: We have been going here for a very long time.Walked in at about 130 and placed a order for valentines day heart of gold .They made it right then and I left. Got home and was looking at the arrangement and it's totally different the what I ordered.I live 35 miles away and won't be able to take it back because I am leaving town for 4 days for work.Staff was friendly Flowers are nice but no where near what I ordered

Positive experience: The arrangement was nice and delivered early so that was great. The basic problem I had was I paid for everything online including delivery. then they called and wanted another $28 on top of the amount I was quoted for delivery. I live 5 blocks away. Was not happy with that.

Negative experience: I tried placing an order florist to florist but sadly the girl who answered the phone did not seem like she wanted to deal with taking the order. Maybe she had a hangover from the weekend. I told her I would take my business elsewhere. Update, She called me back and asked that I change my review to please remove the hangover part. Maybe she was having a bad morning since it was a monday but still no excuse to be short and rude.

Fantastic experience: This has been my 2nd order with G. Rossi and I’ve been very pleased both times…especially with their customer service. Since I’m ordering from afar, I can only go by what’s on their website and the end results have been spot on both times! I am treated with courtesy and respect when I call and the conversation is always very pleasant. I tried another florist in the area and they were too busy to take my call so they lost my business. Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic service, I can't recommend these ladies enough! I was tasked with finding a flower arrangement at the very last minute and after hunting all across town, I spoke with one of the gals at G Rossi and she was able to set me up with a perfect arraignment that had the flowers and colors requested, and had them done when I needed them. I have never really shopped flowers and she guided me through the different arrangements over the phone and helped me land on what ended up being the perfect piece. The price was exactly what I was shopping for and the final product was fantastic. Can't recommend enough, I absolutely will be back!

Fantastic experience: I ordered a small seasonal bouquet and made a request for dahlias and snapdragons to be included. A lovely colorful bouquet that was fresh, larger than I expected, and included the flowers I requested with a cute black and white striped ribbon was delivered next day. I appreciated the character of the flowers and the expert design (there were no boring carnations!). I was very happy with the quality of the bouquet for the price. Thanks!

Negative experience: The pictures speak for themselves. Called a few times and no follow up. If it was a less serious occasion, besides a funeral, I wouldn’t care to post. This is $300 here

Negative experience: My husband purchased flowers for Mother’s Day. Let’s say the price was not cheap and I have never been disappointed before with this florist however this time around I really wasn’t very impressed with my arrangement. They were basically dead by the morning of mother’s day and they were closed the day of so I couldn’t ask for assistance. I just want my flowers to be what my husband paid for and not half dead by the time they came to my house. (6 minutes away) also one of the flowers were half broken off and just sitting on top to look full.

GRossi did same day and delivered flowers to my aunt who was at UC Davis (5/8/24). It is her birthday. GRossi called the hospital to confirm hospital delivery information and also sent a delivery confirmation to me, as well.
