Fantastic experience: Phoebe floral did a phenomenal job with my wedding day flowers at Brookside country club on 5/3/25. Phoebe is local to me, so they have done my prom corsages and valentine flowers over the years, so they have been a trusted and loved company to us ! Anita, the wedding floral consultant was amazing. She is who I worked the closest with during this process. She was so kind to work with and so wise in her work. We collaborated at least a year in advance and went over all the different floral choices and combinations; she helped me set expectations for what my florals would look like for that time of year and our budget. She sent me many photos via email to help me bring this vision to life. We met in person for a couple consultations to go over some finer details as the date was sooner approaching. Come wedding day! The florals were GORGEOUS and in great condition and just as I imagined. From the bouquets, to the corsages, to the centerpieces. Phoebe was also flexible with me, as my centerpieces were bud vases, that were also wedding favors at the end of the night. They allowed me to provide my own vases that I hand picked and they were well taken care of! My family and I will continue to use Phoebe over the years and will continue to recommend them!

Negative experience: The arrangements USED TO BE beautiful. This place has gone downhill. The past 2 arrangements we bought were so misleading online and lazily made. It’s as if they took what they had left and just threw it together. If you go online and expect the arrangement to look that way, jokes on you.

Positive experience: Bought roses from the frig and they died the next day. Even with cutting at angle and plant food.

Fantastic experience: We used Phoebe Floral for our wedding, and they did not disappoint! Our coordinator send us pictures of each ineividual flower she wanted to use in each different arrangement (bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquet, centerpieces, etc.) and allowed us to work with her to build the perfect arrangements for our wedding day! They coordinated with our venue to drop off everything the day of and pick up the rented items the following week.

Negative experience: My daughter’s wedding was this past weekend, and although her bouquet was very nice, the centerpieces for the tables were terrible. They were so sparse that my sisters had to go and get babies breath to add to it. The phone that was used for the greens to be attached were was about an inch in diameter and didn’t hold the greens. They kept falling out. When we first went to the shop and talked with Anita, she was telling us that most bride use greens and was naming all these greens that we had no idea what they were. She couldn’t even show some of them to us because they didn’t have them in the store at the time. When we went back two weeks before the wedding, she was telling us that they were going to be green with eucalyptus which weren’t included in centerpiece by the way, and I told her that I had told her from the beginning I wanted some color in the centerpieces. She laid three flowers in the center, which was fine but then my daughter paid $54 per centerpiece, extra for the red leaves that were just placed on top. When the man came to put the centerpieces in the supplied lanterns, I complain to him that the centerpieces were pitiful so he called Anita and I got on the phone and she was very rude. She said that she would send more greenery, but that nothing will leave the store without us paying more. Those centerpieces were not worth anything. It is something I could’ve done myself. Also the corsage for me gave me red marks on my arm because there was a wire sticking out the entire time until I finally had to take it off. I will not be recommending Phoebe florist to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Nativity Cathedral began using Phoebe Floral as one of its two florists for Sunday altar flowers. The arrangements are consistently gorgeous! All of the employees we have interacted with have been gracious and friendly, even when we made a mistake. Just a great florist! Thank you! I know the store as well. First, Michelle called to ask if it was ok to change one element of the online design I chose for a funeral arrangement. It was refreshing that Phoebe (Michelle) took the time to ask for permission before slightly adjusting the design. Secondly, when I spotted the arrangement at the church, I was blown away by the beauty and elegance of their work. It was simply stunning.
